Categories

Cleanliness
9
Multiple reviews explicitly praise 'propreté' and describe the property as very clean; cleanliness consistently noted as a strong point.
Service
8.5
Numerous mentions of 'personnel sympathique', 'accueil parfait' and attentive staff; service is a clear positive across reviews.
Location
9.5
Repeated praise for the hotel's emplacement — very close to the beach and city centre; location is a standout strength.
Room Quality
8
Rooms often described as spacious and comfortable, but some comments note basic/sommaire equipment and missing storage/hangers, lowering the score slightly.
Amenities
7.5
Amenities are mixed: appreciated features include evening snacking, games and a small garden, but there are recurring negatives (broken lift reported, no in-room coffee machine, limited drink choices at breakfast).
Value for Money
8.5
Several mentions of good quality (hearty breakfast, inexpensive evening snacks) and recommendations suggest solid perceived value for money.
Food and Beverage
8.75
Breakfast is frequently described as good, varied and copious (fresh orange juice noted); a few guests mention limited cold drink options, so overall very positive but not perfect.
Overall Experience
8.25
Many guests report 'super' stays, plans to return and an excellent overall stay; a handful of annoyances (lift, automatic WC light, minor room equipment issues) temper the perfect score.
