Pros:

The only good thing about the property is the location, the recipient also were nice. Except for that, it was an awful experience. The room door was wide open, with the air condition turned off. It took hours to cool the room down to be able to sleep. The bed, pillows and coversheet is rubbish.

Not good for the price.
Pros:

Check-in took a long time, it doesn't matter that you're first in the line, the person at the reception didn't pay attention. Breakfast was not good at all, it's supposed it's included, but the only good thing, the coffee, is additional.
No shower, all together in the small bathroom. No restaurants near.
