Enjoying the water and seafood in Puerto Moreles
Pros:

We liked staying in Puerto Moreles. The location of Casa el Moro was great. Very near the beach and restaurants. We liked that they had parking also. We were able to book a snorkel tour out by the reef.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn't like.

La cortesia del personale e la facile raggiungibilità

Cons:

La camera era quasi fatiscente: il bagno sporco, gli asciugamani vecchi, logori e sporchi, la cabina doccia rotta, l'acqua appena tiepida, niente phon. In camera neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua. La colazione impresentabile, siamo usciti al bar accanto perché davvero non c'era niente.

Had a great time staying here. Restaurants all around and close to the beach. What’s not to love ?

Nice little place
Pros:

Very central location next to a lovely restaurant. Staff were very pleasant.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't included, Booking.com had wrong information. We had to press for the broken sofa bed to be fixed. The staff were nice but not very proactive.

We really enjoyed our time here .
Pros:

Pros are a great location close to the beach and right on top of several restaraunts. We had a big family room at the front of the hotel with a balcony over the street so it was noisy at night, lots of music but we didnt mind as it was nice to listen to music. We did use our ear plugs though. Beds comfortable and water hot.Its a great little town

Cons:

Breakfast was poor with only sliced white bread, yoghurt and coffee which was a shame because the courtyard was nice and with a little more effort breakfast could be too. The staff seemed quite disengaged with the customer experience, it was like no one was really looking after the hotel

Bon emplacement, pas très loin de l'aéroport de Cancun, et proche de la plage. Puerto Morelos est un village très agréable.

Cons:

Censé être inclus dans notre réservation, le petit-déjeuner n'était en fait plus assuré depuis plusieurs mois.
Nous avions réservé 1 chambre pour 3 personnes mais la 3e n'a pas été prise en compte (lit pas prêt, pas de draps ni de serviette). Néanmoins le personnel a été réactif.
