Lovely characterful hotel. Very comfortable room with nice sitting area. Eccentric bathroom with no door so would not be good for friends sharing a room. Good breakfast and excellent evening meals. Perfect for our couple of chill out days by the river between city breaks

This place is undersold on the site. It is a 200 year old monastry with vaulted ceilings.

The fit out is excellent. I had a family room with connecting door to kids......everything worked, everything was clean and the staff were friendly (not much english spoken but very smiley and willing to help.

Didn't eat there in the evening but breakfast was lovely of a bit pricey at 18 euro.

The town is also worth a walk around.

Good hotel close to rail station so getting from the airport to the hotel was easy, took about 45 mins. Rooms are very big and spacious.

We had an amazing stay. The man who worked there were really really nice and friendly and its a truly beautiful location! Would love to go here again!

Our stay was fantastic! We loved our room at Hotel Altes Kloster. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The converted 750 year old monastery was beautiful, cozy, quiet and within walking distance of restaurants and sights.
It is an interesting town filled with historic sights and Incredible food. Gasthaus Haydnstuberl Inh.Stefan Weber was a wonderful restaurant. The Käsepätzle and Weiner Schnitzel vom Schwerin was amazing! We had the most delicious apple pie I have ever had at Mein Gebäck - Leyla Yilmaz. The poppy seed roll and donuts were also outstanding. Over all this was one of the most enjoyable stops on our trip. Thank you!

Sehr herzliches Personal, unkomplizierter Check-in, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, alles vorhanden, die Wienerschnitzel im Restaurant sind genial. Fazit: wir kommen gern wieder

Wir hatten das Hotel wegen des Wellnessbereiches (Sauna/Infrarot/Dampfbad) ausgewählt.
Leider war dieser gesperrt - eine Enttäuschung!
Das Zimmer war sehr schön, das Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet.

Das Hotel ist direkt vom Flughafen erreichbar; nach Wien kommt man auch direkt mit der Bahn, nach Bratislava fährt ein Bus.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, das Hotel war ruhig. Das Frühstück machte einen Qualitativ sehr hochwertigen Eindruck.

Der Check in war ebenfalls unkompliziert und schnell.

Weve stayed here a couple times before and like it. Its the best place to stay in Hainburg, has a restaurant/spa/wine bar on site. Close to the Danube and lots of hiking.

Non proprio come pubblicata sul sito, dalle foto sembrava una reggia in realtà una struttura nella media. La pulizia non proprio ideale, direi appena sufficiente. Non tutti i servizi pubblicizzati vengono forniti. Il personale e cordiale, ma mi aspettavo di più dalla struttura.

Rooms are equipped with everything you need: small refrigerator, hairdryer, tea kettle and the bathrobes were appreciated! Located in a Medieval village along The Danube with shops, grocery stores and hiking trails just a short walk away. Town is a bit sleepy at night but the train to Vienna and Bratislava are just a few blocks away.

Mooi hotel en zeer mooie en ruime kamer. Ambiance van oude klooster is erg mooi.

We always look for historic buildings to stay in and were very impressed with the adaptive reuse of this monastery. The room was very comfortable and attractively furnished.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
The restaurant provided a good dinner and excellent breakfast buffet.

Eine hervorragende Lösung, das Kloster in ein derartiges Haus zu verwandeln. Die Atmosphäre ist einzigartig, erhalten geblieben ist die selbst die Aura dieses Ortes.
Gut gelegen, am Donauradweg und für einen ausführlichen Rundgang durch diese schöne Stadt.
