Fantastico soggiorno!
Pros:

Un soggiorno meraviglioso. Il servizio impeccabile, con un inaspettato upgrade della stanza. L' atmosfera dell' infinity pool é magnifico, tra ulivi,oleandri, falso pepe e un' acqua meravigliosa. Ma il vero valore aggiunto é senza ombra di dubbio l' anima del bistrot a bordo piscina: un grazie speciale ai responsabili del bistrot Pierpaolo, Serena con l' aiuto del simpatico Piero, che con la loro accoglienza, professionalità e infinita disponibilità a rendere indimenticabile il soggiorno degli ospiti, sono riusciti anche quest' anno perfettamente nell' intento. Andiamo via con la voglia di ritornare anche l' anno prossimo!

Country Retreat Stay Cay. If you want a quiet place, out of the way but with everything you need.
Pros:

The breakfast was great, the dinner at the restaurant was amazing, the pool was exceptional.

We dealt we were cheated and now out of pocket. We paid good money for our accommodation which was not to standard.

Nothing to be honest.

Cons:

Air conditioning was broken several times and leaked water which resulted to damage our newly purchased clothes, this was brought to the attention of the manager and staff. It was recorded . internet service was very poor indeed and was reported many times. They sent us to their beach restaurant claiming it was part of the hotel , once we arrived we ordered and when it came to payment they over charged by €20 as they increased items of what they should have been, luckily I checked the bill. This was challenged and money had to be refunded . This was very embarrassing for them, I told the hotel manager and he ignored the issue. The manager agreed to refund us & €147 for damages and disappointment after a meeting we had with him. We Have sent many emails to the Manager as we still have not received our refund. We wish to make a complaint against his behaviour and his integrity. Please some make contact to proceed with this on going issue.

Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.
Pros:

Eine wunderschöne Anlage mit sehr vielen Olivenbäumen und ein ganz toller Pool. Das Personal war super freundlich und ist auch ganz toll auf glutenfreies Essen eingegangen. Einfach wunderbar!

Quello di cui avevamo bisogno..a due passi da casa!

Personale accogliente e disponibile.
Piscina bellissima, ristorante ottimo.
Davvero consigliato!

Cons:

Forse unica cosa migliorabile l’orario di apertura della piscina e dei servizi a bordo piscina perché, avendo dei bambini piccoli, avremmo preferito apertura alle 9/9.30 piuttosto che alle 10/10.30.

Pros:

La struttura nelle sue parti esterne, ed il personale molto molto gentile, professionale e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. L'unica nota di calore della meravigliosa struttura

Cons:

Le camere, per nulla accoglienti, il ristorante per nulla accogliente.
Anche se hanno una struttura meravigliosa, non è resa bella e accogliente.
Tutto molto asettico, veramente freddo e disinteressato al benessere dell'ospite.

Schöne Anlage mit tollem Pool
Pros:

Die Lage ist wunderbar , der Pool ein Traum . Die Zimmer sind großzügig und gut klimatisiert. Wir hatten Pech , durch eine Gesellschaft war das Restaurant zu, aber wir wurden mit einem Fahrer in ein Restaurant gebracht, wo wir sehr gut gegessen haben. Das Frühstück war sehr schön angerichtet und auch lecker .
