Pros:

The breakfast was great. A lot of hotels skimp on it but I was there for three days and it was helpful.

Cons:

In general everything was good. The rooms seem to be aging, and it feels this way mostly due to the carpet, but it isn't from the 80s.

Lovely facility, not too good of a rest.
Pros:

The property was very clean and well looked after. Most probably one of the best HI I have stayed at ever. Staff was wonderful and the breakfast lounge was inviting and comfortable.

Cons:

Very noisy. We stayed three nights and every night, the whole night, there was this droning sound that made it difficult to sleep. Only reason I can think of for not using this facility again.

The room was great I was completely disappointed without having the early check in

did not use the breakfast service

Cons:

I booked this room April 3, 2025 for a July check in. I had sent a note asking for an early check in as the birthday party we were attending started at 4:00 and I wanted some extra time. I know that is not always possible to do, however I was disappointed that they could not accommodate that. The manager also told me she would call me when the room was ready and Dakota did not call me at all.

Disappointing experience all around
Pros:

I did not stay for breakfast, we wanted to just go home.

Cons:

Booked a king room. Requested early check in well in advance of our stay. When we arrived, room was not ready. We took a downgrade to two queen beds just so we could get ready for a family wedding. Considering how well in advance I requested early check in, this was easily preventable with better management. Our room was not very clean. Water stains on bathroom counter. Areas of the carpet were not vacuumed.

It was okay and met my needs.
Pros:

The room was clean and quiet. Good location on first floor. Easy to park close to the building.

Cons:

I did not like the police presence at the hotel on my last day/night. It was very unnerving.
