Most incompetent front end staff I have ever dealt with

Great breakfast

Cons:

There was cleaning residue on sink top in the bathroom
The woman who checked us in did our whole reservation wrong. Room was to be charged to the company I work for and to cancel my booking.com reservation. She said no problem she could do that so I wouldn’t be charged. She did not do this and charged my credit card. Never got a hold of me to tell me it couldn’t be done. I don’t know if it couldn’t be done or she just didn’t do it. Either way, worst customer service at a front desk ever.
Also on Saturday when I checked out there was no manager in the hotel until 3 pm. How do you run a business like this. Worst experience at a Holiday Inn ever.
Definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Cons:

Friendly, clean and comfortable
Pros:

Room was spacious, clean, and the bed very comfortable. Didn't have time to use the pool this time. The front desk was very accommodating - even giving my husband water when he couldn't find bottled water in nearby stores. Breakfast was excellent, and the room attractive and comfortable.

Cons:

No complaints.

Very clean comfortable hotel
Pros:

Very comfortable beds and room

Cons:

The breakfast was good, but could have been better. The board said waffles, but no waffle iron to be seen. The eggs and bacon I had were barely warm.

I dont think ill come back.
Pros:

I liked theocation. I had to leave before the breakfast hr.

Cons:

I felt that the building and hallways, pool, etc. Needed upgrading, cleaner. It felt like it was not maintained on a regular basis. The rooms were clean though.

Pros:

The breakfast was great. A lot of hotels skimp on it but I was there for three days and it was helpful.

Cons:

In general everything was good. The rooms seem to be aging, and it feels this way mostly due to the carpet, but it isn't from the 80s.
