When I arr and check in was told the hotel was fully booked?
Unacceptable as I have confirm reservation and paid for it??
the worst hotel i ever stayed.I made booking and payment early but the said no rooms! and chamged to another useless hotel where i need to carry all my belonging again!

A satisfactory stay. Conditions are as expected for a 2 - 3 Stars rating. Room is relatively spacious. Surprisingly to find a Bus-stop (Plaza Prismaville along Jalan 23/70A) that can get a shuttle public bus (T818) to go to the nearest MRT station, Station Pusat Bandar Damansara. Various kinds of food (Western, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Thais, Indians) can be easily found at surrounding for dinner, but lack a bit for breakfast in the morning. Anyway things lacking and still can be improved on : Door's lock, TV Channels available, Cleanliness, No non-smoking room, Weak In-room Wifi connectivity.

good place to stay. Convenience to groceries stores and a lot of food choices.
最低限お湯のシャワーが浴びられて、エアコンが効いた部屋で寝られればいいという人にはオススメ。トイレットペーパーが一巻、バスタオルと石鹸が2セットのみ。シャワーはぬるく水圧は弱い。
Poor attitude and service !
room was clean and nice.
I wish that the hotel can make it a policy to smoke outside hotel building, since people smoke freely inside, the smell and smoke cause discomfort to sleep and rest. not recommended for traveler with kids.
Also, building beside the hotel begin renovation (drilling work) as early as 6.30am. Very loud noise.
