Great boutique hotel with everything you need to enjoy Mallorca.
Pros:

The Palms Suites was a perfect choice for our week in Palma. Cozy, charming, friendly and helpful staff and fantastic breakfast. Could not have been more pleased!

Super endroit calme mais en centre ville de Palma.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement en centre ville de Palma, calme. L'accueil a été très sympathique et chaleureux avec une coupe de vin blanc. Le personnel est aimable et le petit déjeuner varié, copieux et excellent. Nous n'avons pas eu accès à la terrasse en travaux. L'appartement est très confortable avec la chambre et la salle de bains en mezzanine.

Pros:

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, but a bit small. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty.

Everything was excellent. All staff were not only helpful but a delight to talk to

Cons:

Only a very small point, but it would be great if the exceptional bar service could extend to the roof terrace.
