Pros:

空港と目的地に近いロケーション。一部のスタッフの対応。

Cons:

・エアコンと浴槽の蓋が故障。　暖房がきかず風をひいてしまった。　部屋は変えてくれたが、スタッフの回答は急に寒くなったからと意味不明な回答をした（他の部屋は暑いくらい暖房がきいていた） ・ホテルから空港までのタクシー代は滴滴だと20元ほどの距離も、ホテルに聞いたら300元と言われた。・外貨両替ができない。

Great except for air conditioning
Pros:

Great breakfast. Beautiful hotel. The only negative was that the air conditioning is inoperative. Our room was so hot we couldn’t sleep. The hotel gave us a fan and we opened the windows but it was still hot. The manager was amazing! He understands the situation and helped us move to a different location. Air conditioning is very expensive but also important. Just ask before you go. It’s a beautiful hotel. Hampton are a great choice.

Honest Opinion from A Singaporean( 73 years old senior citize
Pros:

Spacious room & lobby.
Pretty good breakfast

Cons:

1) Lack of self-help laundry washing machine & dryer

2) The buffet dinner on the mid-autumn holiday night- the spread of foods look impressive, but fresh osters on display didn't look fresh at all and quite a few dishes of foods seemingly untouched, either there were fewer customers there, or some dishes didn't seem enticing enough ? - it will tarnish the image of the name " Sheraton" - being an reputable international hotel chain.
