This hotel was very safe, friendly, and clean!
Pros:

I did not have continential breakfast. So I did not have breakfast at the hotel. However, It was extremely clean, the workers were so nice! We did the Sip and Cycle and this hotel was a block away. It had the most perfect location and Crave was awesome to eat at!

Cons:

I don't have anything negitive to say besides that there was no continential breakfast. I wouldn't take my family to stay here though because there is no pool. That is a deal breaker when having kids. But yet, our stay was so peaceful maybe due to this being more of a business or professional hotel and less families staying.

Nice Hotel with great views!
Pros:

Great hotel in the downtown area. Nice rooms and very comfortable. Great dining options nearby or via DoorDash. Great hotel!

Pros:

The facility was very clean, and the staff was great. Loved that the staff was able to book a Lyft for me to get to my meeting at another venue. Also they made it easier to upgrade our room after 1 night stay to a room with a balcony so we could enjoy the outdoor weather.

Cons:

The pavers on the outdoor balcony got extremely hot when the sun got to that side of the hotel. We loved the balcony but ended up putting towels on top of the pavers so we would not burn our feet. Also the refrigerator did leak a little and did not get cold but I do understand they are working on updating the hotel and that may be a future replacement.

Lots of things yet to work out
Pros:

Hotel still under construction so I will give some grace. I am a hilton gold member and frequent traveler. Stayed on the newly renovated 5th floor. Rooms are nice, however LOTS of glitches to work out. Not all TV channels were working so I was given instructions to reset the TV - still didn't work and only 3 local channels. Returning to my room after grabbing takeout from the restaurant, the elevators were tied up with a spill on the floor so the front desk agent advised I take the stairs, which I did with no problems. However, upon returning to my room, the digital key would not work, and I walked the 5 flights back down the stairs to let the front desk know I would need assistance getting my room to open. I was told to go back up to my room and lift the handle up to reset the lock. Up the 5 flights I go again tried her suggestions with no luck. Back down to the front desk and she gave me an actual key, back up the 5 flights and it finally worked but my food was now cold. In all of this no staff offered to help me open the door, just to keep trying things on my own until it finally worked. I would expect more from a tapestry collection hotel. On a positive note, the underground parking is nice and the restaurant is good.

Pros:

No breakfast. The restaurant was closed. There was no notice that the hotel was under renovation..

Cons:

We got there late, and even after notifying the hotel of our late arrival, one of the three rooms was given away to others. Had to stay at another hotel for $300, double the cost of the booked rate at Hilton.

Great stay
Pros:

Very nice place and the staff were so helpful with getting me to the airport. My room was very nice with a great view. I would stay here again for sure. The underground parking was nice with the snow. Can’t go,wrong here. Didn’t eat in restaurants or use the bar.
