Great location, literally a short walk to downtown, across a pedestrian bridge. Nice hotel, nice ambience, good rooms, easy check in and helpful staff. Power went out while we were there and staff were helpful and communicated well. I didn't use the bar / restaurant but it was packed and looked good.
We had to 'cruise' the carpark for a while, waiting for someone to leave before we could get a park. I believe there is plenty of parking for guests but it takes some navigating.

Hotel was great...location was grat and the outdoor bar was fantastic.
Only issue was only one elevator was working so we had to wait longer than normal to get to our room.
The location was fine. Breakfast was NOT provided yet when I made my reservation I did expect it to be.
Dingy rooms. Stains on some of the chairs. Dingy comforters, the box of soap on the bathroom counter was empty. I understand they will be going under remodeling, yet, given my experience I feel I paid way too much for this stay. The menu's in the restaurant, Crave, were smudged, dirty. ugh. My salad was good. The pasta ordered at our table was below expectation and not worth the price. I had called the front desk disconnected several times... Just not a great experience this time.

Remote didn’t work on tv & staff said this is just something remodeled rooms are struggling through. No replacement.
