Remote didn’t work on tv & staff said this is just something remodeled rooms are struggling through. No replacement.

Great overnight stay on our way to Montana
Pros:

Perfect location with a great onsite restaurant. Sioux Falls is a sleepy town that closes early on weekdays so we were grateful for the bar and restaurant on property. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Lots of pluses and a couple misses
Pros:

Convenient location that is going through an upgrade.
You can enjoy your lunch or dinner or a drink inside or outside. However, the outside hours vary, so make sure you ask.
They do not have a breakfast option other than Starbucks.
The updated rooms are nice and have a Nespresso coffee machine in them.
One drawback is the motion sensor lights underneath the bed that cannot be adjusted or turned off. They are fairly bright in the middle of the night. The front desk said that a few guests have expressed concern about the under-bed-lighting.

Going through a transition
Pros:

As noted the hotel is going through a transition. The front desk attendant did not acknowledge I was a gold member. She just handed me the keys and that was that. The hotel is very active with a restaurant and Starbucks below. The location is good, you can walk to many bars and restaurants.

How clean the room was

Cons:

The receptionist made us wait more than 20 minutes to attend to us, the price on the booking app said 140$ and ended up paying 75$ more and that in tax seemed too much

Junior suite was not attractive. Dark and dreary.

Disappointing
Pros:

Bed wasn't as bad as I expected.

Cons:

How I was told 1 thing and then ended up being different. Just felt like I was just another $. Felt like it didn't matter if I cancelled and went to a different place. Not at all impressed with the restaurant either. Had to send my granddaughters food back. Payed 30$ for dry ckn Alfredo that was supposed to be baked mac/cheese. Definitely will not stay again.

Great location, nice staff. May be a little noisy during the evening.
Pros:

Great location directly on the river walk, very nice staff and free parking (outdoor and indoor). The hotel is currently undergoing a major facelift and rebranding so be sure to ask to stay on a renovated floor.

There’s a busy restaurant on the ground floor with lots of outdoor tables and a bar. While it may be nice to have a river view room (facing the back), you may want to face the front (parking lot view) if you’re there on a weekend and are a light sleeper.

Feedback for the hotel: the automated lights under the bed are NOT appreciated. It would be fine as a solo traveler but with two guests, it’s really annoying for the lights to go on when your partner gets up. There needs to be a way to disable these.

This hotel was very safe, friendly, and clean!
Pros:

I did not have continential breakfast. So I did not have breakfast at the hotel. However, It was extremely clean, the workers were so nice! We did the Sip and Cycle and this hotel was a block away. It had the most perfect location and Crave was awesome to eat at!

Cons:

I don't have anything negitive to say besides that there was no continential breakfast. I wouldn't take my family to stay here though because there is no pool. That is a deal breaker when having kids. But yet, our stay was so peaceful maybe due to this being more of a business or professional hotel and less families staying.

Nice Hotel with great views!
Pros:

Great hotel in the downtown area. Nice rooms and very comfortable. Great dining options nearby or via DoorDash. Great hotel!
