Pros:

The location is outstanding. In front of a shopping center and a tram stop and two to three blocks away from the historic center with the cathedral.
The room was comfy, we slept like a rock.
And the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Take the breakfast option if it’s available. It’s the best breakfast buffet I’ve seen in a while.
If we go back to Clermont-Ferrand this is where we’re staying.

Very friendly and responsive staff. I had a problem with the temperature of the hot water. They had it fixed the next day. Breakfast is expensive but a typical French breakfast is readily available at several places nearby. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Le personnel est toujours accueillant et réactif, l’hôtel est beau et très bien placé.

Nous sommes venu pour une soirée à l’opéra.
L’accueil de l’hôtel top, un service et une amabilité qu’on ne trouve pas partout.
Une chambre avec vue sur la place Jaude.
Propre, smart avec de petites attentions de la région!
Petit déjeuner royale, à la britannique, saucisses bacon, œufs brouillés, viennoiseries, céréales fruits un assortiment de bonnes choses.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!
