Nice room and location
Nothing was open on time. Coffee area. Breakfast. We had to buy breakfast out. After we waited 15 minutes for breakfast at hotel to open. Never seen anyone getting it ready.
The property was clean and the staff very friendly. The location was great, next to a few restaurants if you don’t want to eat at the bistro. Great value for the price!
The drink prices at the bar were a little high but it was nice to not have to leave the hotel to get a cocktail.
I made our reservation on September 29th for a stay from October 9–12, specifically booking a room with two queen beds. However, upon checking in on October 9th, we were initially assigned a room with only one bed. Thankfully, Jamal at the front desk corrected the issue and promptly moved us to a room with two beds as originally reserved.
At checkout, we noticed that our final bill was higher than the reservation rate. The front desk clerk informed us that we would need to contact Kiara, the general manager, to resolve the overcharge. I called and emailed Kiara, who acknowledged that there had been a mistake and confirmed our reservation was indeed for two beds at a lower rate. She assured me that she would issue a credit for the overcharge.
Unfortunately, the refund was never processed, and despite multiple follow-up calls, we were placed on hold for extended periods without resolution.
This experience was disappointing, especially since the issue was acknowledged but never corrected. While I appreciated Jamal’s professionalism during check-in, the lack of follow-through on the billing issue left a negative impression.
The room was comfortable and clean. The facility felt safe. Easy parking and easy access to nearby roads. Lots of options for food and drinks.
Our Staff was hired to provide a bridal shower tea guests table setup. Friendly staff at the front desk, manager on duty was extremely helpful, courteous, professional and truly cared about her staff throughout the entire hotel. They provided us what we needed in order for yhe event to be a success. We will definitely recommend the banquet room space to other for future event needs. We look forward to returning to the hotel to provide our services . Kimber Décor Events had an amazing experience and our client was pleased with services as well.

Friendly staffs. Very convenient location. Nice hotel but perfectly clean. There were cockroaches walking on the floor at the corridor along the maintenance rooms and kitchen. Also, there were cockroaches in our room. Tried to ask front desk to resolve the issue, but they sent the maintenance guy to fix our AC instead.
Always a good stay , staff is excellent

Darrell and Ronnie were very kind and respectful. They were amazing. My only complaint is the pool is closed for the summer. But we only stayed overnight and had a great time
Clean and staff were very pleasant
I called and asked about the pool and was told that they do have a pool which is correct but the pool is currently closed due to resurfacing. I had teenagers who expected to swim so this was a disappointment
