Top Lage, Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

top Lage, das Design des Hotels mit der Fotoserie der Ostseefischer hat mich sehr beindruckt, ist sehenswert,
ich hatte Zimmer zum Innenhof, angenehm ruhig, Betten bei Motel One wie immer perfekt bequem, Zimmer top sauber,
tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr vielen Bioprodukten und viel vegane/vegetarische Produkte,
die Gin-Auswahl an der Bar war brillant, muss ich bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt weiter ausprobieren

Cons:

zum Frühstück an niedrigen Loungetischen sitzen ist nicht jedermanns Sache,
ich habe leider keinen Parkplatz in der Hoteltiefgareage bekommen, aber im Einkaufszentrum gegenüber zum gleichen Tagespreis

Pros:

Die Lage, das Ambiente und ganz besonders das freundliche Personal. Stets bemüht, umsichtig, geduldig. Die Bar ist Klasse und der Barkeeper eine Klasse für sich.

Kein Freier Parkplatz trotz vorheriger Anfrage und ausgeschriebener Tiefgarage...daher weiter weg parken müssen und gesamt mehr bezahlt. Frühstück ausreichend und solide allerdings nicht abwechslungsreich.

Für einen entspannten Kurzurlaub in Rostock sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, lediglich hätte ich mir zwischendurch auch Rührei gewünscht. Die Lage ist top, die Bar und das Personal ebenfalls sehr gut.
Tiefgarage ist gut, glaube aber wenn das Hotel gut belegt ist dann werden die Stellplätze knapp.

Cons:

Für zwei Personen sind die Zimmer doch etwas klein.
