Cons:

I paid for my girlfriend’s stay in advance. Her name was clearly listed in the reservation. This establishments charged her card full price for the reservation. After much confusion and aggravation they refunded the first transaction during her stay. They then charged her card yet again once she was home for a reservation that was paid in advance in full. This still has yet to be refunded/resolved.

Attempting to rectify this has been nothing but pure aggravation. We have no other concerns other than recommending you check your statements if you decide to stay here. The billing department here is either deliberately stealing or wholly incompetent.

It was the best hotel we had stayed in in a very long time.
