Pros:

The staff ( all hotel personnel) were very respectful, helpful, and supportive . The location is near from Taksim Square and the Bosphorus.

Cons:

Nothing. But just need from Hotel to provide more items in the breakfast. May the location in high area which may difficult for older people and children

Jede Person war ganz nett , hilfbereit. Das wichtigste ist für mich,dass alle Personen Tierfreunde waren . Das Hotel ist ganz sauber ,bequem . Das Zimmer war gross und hell. Ich bedanke mich für alles.

Excelente hotel
Pros:

Todo perfecto . Es un hotel a 15 minutos en taxi , no es tan cerca pero está en la zona hotelera . Que es una excelente zona .Depende de lo que cada uno quiera , para nosotros estuvo perfecto . La habitación súper cómoda .

Hello,
It is completely unacceptable for a hotel that promotes itself as pet-friendly to allow a dog that has been adopted and fed by the hotel staff to attack and bite its guests.

I had a truly horrible experience. I never expected that both my dog and I would be attacked and bitten right in front of the hotel, while the staff simply stood by and watched without taking any action.

For a hotel that presents itself as a high-standard establishment, the way its guests were treated was absolutely unacceptable. The explanation that “this has never happened before” is simply not good enough and does not excuse the lack of care or responsibility.

A deeply disappointing experience. This hotel does not deserve even one star.

Charming hotel with great location to Taksim
Pros:

Very cute hotel with excellent location to Taksim square. Personnel is super helpful and polite, rooms are big and modern.

Cons:

The shower had not been properly cleaned but they fixed it quickly
