Overall hotel condition is tolerable. Clean but hot water and toilet door not working. Since I only stay for 1 night it doesn't bother me. Unfortunately I was traveling with my mother and she found it very uncomfortable.

Local area was not very suitable for guests with family. Police come knocking on our door (all rooms) for spot check (I guess) and the sudden knocking keep my infant awake and difficult to sleep again.

the room is okay infested with roaches. first night I got a bigger room and the second night I got a smaller room. the door was hard to open.
its a budget hotel.it was fine as its just nearby to where I wanted to be. however slightly far from the city center. a big supermarket (Tesco) right infront lots of free parkings. check in and check out is super fast. you get what you paid for. don't expect more.the thing im most happy about is the very fast WIFI connection.

not far from KL city centre (if you hv ur own transport). Ample car parking (no need to get up early to put in coins/ coupon for parking). Eateries clsoe by. Tesco next door. MRR2 within 2 min drive. Rooms for 1 or 2 quite spacious. A lift has been recently installed
Only 1 problem and I hv informed the staff abt it everytime I stay there - small/ baby cockroaches! This time I saw 2 and killed them both
Otherwise my choice for staying in KL

Everything is good for me as I'm not a stranger to Kuala Lumpur.
But be warned, if you are coming to KL for the first time, do not choose this.
Otherwise, choose this if you are a budget traveller!

Everything is clean although I saw some few baby roaches.

Oh and it's a walking distance to Tesco (a hypermart/shoppin mall)

we always enjoy our stay at this hotel. Quiet hotel, quiet neighbourhood with eateries close by. Hotel is clean and value for money. Ample car parking space with no charge. Friendly staff. Next door to Ampang Tesco.

we have stayed here 2 times now each for 2 days. Its value for money, though the rooms are on the smallish side and ideally located next to Ampang Tesco - good for food and quick shopping. Ample car park. Friendly front desk staff, Dewi. No lift.
Regrettably,compared to my previous stay, i am beginning to see small cockroaches in the room eg in the desk drawers. I hv mentioned this to front desk. Also if you want to sleep in late ask for a non window room as the curtains are not blackened out. Likewise their
lighting outside the hotel may be an issue if you need to sleep in a dark room. room was clean with clean bed sheets. Suggest the hotel has a 2nd bedsheet to slip in between so as not to be in contact with the blanket. Bathroom was clean with good water pressure.

I stayed two days with my family, 1st day I requested a glass for drink water the receptionist replied’ we don’t have provision’, next day I ask for a taxi for the airport trip she replied’ we don’t have the taxi arrangement’’, morning very difficult to get a taxi from the supermarket , very small room no cupboard….no phone
