hotel is not at all worth to stay..poor staff
Pros:

1. they dont have even wifi, hot water, facility but mentioned all in website.
2. they use to charge spontaneously without any reason.
3. i booked family room for 5 people but at insteadly after checked in he said need pay extra 1000 per person extra & 350 for mattress.. for that no bill.. too arrogant.
4. Hotel is located in outer ..lower region seems their should no safety.
5. specially in rainy season.. don't book.. entire ground floor is occupied by water.
6. No support is you go with family & kids.. they will not give hot water even.. & try to find to charge some amount in your happenings .. be conscious.
7. Reg. not at all worthy.. my kid had severe stomach problem/ vomiting..my entire trip was spoiled.

Only Location is ok but other less then standard the price should be Rs.1200 not more if more please see other other option

stay in a ghost house - bhoot bungalow
Pros:

we were the only ones in this hotel and toilet was poor, no breakfast service , really a run down hotel....was amazed to see posters of this hotel in lonaval at 4 different locations.. what you see as photos on the web is a real far cry from whT it is...the handles on the door opposite our room was missing and a gaping hole...very few functional rooms...the cupboard in the room was in tatters. chipped tub for a bath..and frankly the fact that we were the only ones in the hotel other than the guard, reception young boy freaked us out...
