Emplacement exceptionnel proche de la gare et des transports. Dans le centre et a proximité de tous les grands sites.

Cons:

Manque de rangement dans la salle de bain. Une table sur la terrasse mais pas de chaises. Chambre un peu vétusté mais spacieuse.

Ramen sloten niet, gordijnen kapot, slechts 1 nachtlampje, slechts 2 werkende stopcontacten voor een kamer van 4 personen. Ontbijt was erg pover en geen gezonde producten. Erg verouderd. Ontbijthoek heel klein.

Un lit d'appoint complétement défoncé... on oublie sans doute trop souvent que la prestation initiale d'un hôtel est le sommeil !!!

Ein gutes Hotel in bester Lage, direkt neben dem Bahnhof Santa Lucia
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt praktisch direkt neben dem Bahnhof Santa Lucia und ist sehr leicht zu finden. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, sowohl die Mitarbeiterin beim Check-in am Nachmittag als auch der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption am Abend. Beide waren sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns sogar beim Tragen unserer Koffer geholfen, eine Aufmerksamkeit, die wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Auch die Gepäckaufbewahrung hat reibungslos funktioniert und war sehr praktisch. Ursprünglich hatten wir ein Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk. Da der Aufzug jedoch nicht funktionierte, wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss angeboten. Leider hatten die Gäste vor uns die Toilettenspülung beschädigt. Dafür kann das Hotel selbstverständlich nichts, leider gehen manche Menschen mit fremdem Eigentum nicht besonders sorgfältig um. Dadurch mussten wir die Gemeinschaftstoilette nutzen, obwohl wir ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad gebucht hatten. Die Dusche, das Waschbecken und der Wasserablauf funktionierten einwandfrei; betroffen war lediglich die Toilette. Wie bereits erwähnt, trifft das Hotel hierfür keine Schuld. Das Personal an der Rezeption war so freundlich und bemüht, dass dieser unangenehme Vorfall für uns deutlich weniger ins Gewicht fiel.

Cons:

Weniger angenehm empfanden wir allerdings den Service beim Frühstück. Die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen, die während unseres Aufenthalts im Frühstücksbereich tätig waren, wirkten auf uns arrogant und wenig höflich. Ein freundliches Lächeln oder ein höfliches/ herzliches Wort hätten zu einer angenehmeren Atmosphäre beigetragen. Dadurch entstand für uns beim Frühstück leider eine etwas kühle und unangenehme Stimmung.

Pros:

Staff ótimo, tinha calculado errado, e ficaria em um quarto simples com banheiro compartilhado por um dia o staff avaliou e fez up grand, nos colocando no nosso quarto com banheiro privativo, a recepção e simplesmente maravilhosa, agradeço a todos, há 2 minutos de Santa Lúcia estação e do santuário da mesma.
