Localização e a presteza dos recepcionistas. O tamanho da apartamento é bom.

Cons:

O apartamento que fiquei estava com as paredes sujas. Merece uma nova pintura. Móveis antigos e iluminação precária. Poucas tomadas. Interruptores de luz bem antigos.
