Es war alles sehr gut. Der Empfang beim Check-in, das Frühstück, die Zimmer top.

Cons:

Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat war der abendliche Besuch an der Bar. Eine Bedingung für alles. Der junge Mann war völlig überfordert. Die wenigen vorhanden Gäste warten auf Getränke und der Tresen war voll gestellt mit gebrauchten Gläsern. Wir sind nach 20 Minuten leider wieder gegangen.
Daher nur 8 Punkte in der Bewertung.

Lage des Hotels ist in Laufweite zur Innenstadt, ruhige Lage.
kostenfreier Parkplatz

Cons:

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber grundsätzlich noch okay.
Viele Busreisende
Frühstück einfach, aber ausreichend.
Vollkommen inakzeptables Verhalten einer Mitarbeiterin beim Check-Out.

Guter Aufenthalt in toller Umgebung
Pros:

Lage des Hotels, umgeben von viel Natur . Sehr nettes Personal an der Reception

Cons:

Zu kleiner TV und ohne Wandbefestigung , daher zu tief.

Wasserkocher statt kleiner Kapselmaschine.

Ruhig und doch zentral.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, direkt an der Neiße. Umliegend sind viele Parks und das Kino erreicht man auch in ca. 20 Minuten.
Zimmer war top. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Gute unkomplizierte Betreuung.

Cons:

Sehr gut sortiertes Frühstücksbuffet, am Sonntag war wohl die Küche nicht passend besetzt, da es diesmal leider keinen Speck und keine individuellen Eierspeisen zu bestellen gab.

A wonderful hotel in a beautiful town
Pros:

The location was ideal for walking into the town and was also very peaceful. The staff were very friendly. The paid parking garage was a must for our motorcycle.

Cons:

Nothing we enjoyed our stay.

Reklamationen wurden nicht beachtet
Kühlschrank war nicht sauber und aus. Monteur kam trotz Wunsch nicht. Jeder Angestellte hat uns etwas anderes erzählt. Kühlschränke sollen entfernt werden, sollen repariert werden....
Telefon war defekt, da das Kabel defekt war. Keine Schubfächer für Garderobe. Reinigung nicht erfolgt.
Der angebliche tolle hauseigene Park ins in einem sehr schlechten Zustand, da man nicht durch die Wege gehen kann. Es gibt keinen Gärtner mehr und somit ist alles zugewachsen.
Frühstück war ok, wenn man kein Wurstesser ist, da es 4 Sorten einfachen Aufschnitt gab. Ich bestellte mir ein Spiegelei, was die Kellnerin ablehnte da keine Eier da sind.
