非常棒！
Pros:

非常好的家庭旅馆，对于同事出行很好，互不干扰，有两个独立的卫生间，工作人员也很热情友善，虽然他们的英语也有限，但是总是努力服务。加的斯是非常安全和友好的城市！太棒了

The location was good. The breakfasts were fine, though the eggs were totally dry. Could be richer, but as Spanish breakfast is often even poorer, I have to say that the breakfast was for sure keeping the expected standard. The room was equipped with a kitchen and it was very spacious. Definitely, this was worth recommending the accommodation.

Cons:

The communication was somehow ... well ... so-so. Spamming with Spanish emails asking for online check-in that linked to Spanish check-in websites was weird. Also the announcement that the hotel consist from 4 different houses ... why this thing is nowhere told to the customers on the Booking.com description before customers choose the accommodation? The two receptionists upon arrival were not very friendly. They told my colleague some details, but I was not told them at all. They did not bother my colleague with details; I was bothered with filling in some details - I felt it like a punishment for the previous communication, where I disliked how the online check-in was communicated. When leaving the hotel the invoice was totally not meeting the reality. Stating 2 persons instead of a double room (with one person), stating breakfast with a separate price although the customer order a room with breakfast included, which is a crucial difference for the accounting, also stating 8 breakfasts instead of 4 breakfasts as they invoice simply claimed 2 persons per night. Luckily, the lady at the reception during the check out was kind and willing to change everything, but it was a long time requiring step so, standardly, this hotel plays some strange game with invoices. Technically, the bed was of a low quality and the air codition was also often getting switched off without touching and hard to set up.

Pros:

The location was pretty good. It is situated in a nice neighbourhood with a lot of bars where you can have a drink in the evening and have some fun.

Cons:

The room that was given to us was right across the terrace on the top floor. It was the only room on that floor. Since terrace is the place where all cigar smokers go, eventually all cigar sent from the terrace got into our room and it was impossible to bring it out. It felt like we were in a room with a cigar smoker.
