Cons:

Die Zimmer sind nach Filmthemen eingerichtet, entsprechend unterschiedlich fällt leider auch die Einrichtung und Farbkonstellation aus.
Ursprünglich wäre uns ein schrecklich hellrosa/hellblaues Zimmer zugeteilt worden. Für uns undenkbar hier eine Woche zu verbringen.
Nicht besonders freundlich aber doch willens wurden uns alternative Zimmer gezeigt. Dieses verfügte zumindest über einen schönen sonnigen Balkon, die Inneneinrichtung war ok, aber auch nicht berauschend.
Lichtkonzept in den Zimmern nicht vorhanden, Schiebetüre vor Bad und Toilette schließt nicht. Privatsphäre nicht vorhanden.

Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich sehr gut und schön zubereitet, bot aber nie eine Abwechslung.
7 Tage lang war es gleich. Keine frisch gepressten Säfte obwohl die Orangen auf den Bäumen hängen, das Müsli nicht selbst gemacht. Für ein Cooking & Nature Hotel, welches ich aus genau einem solch nachhaltigen Grund buchte, nicht verständlich.
E-Ladestation welche vorhanden ist war nicht funktionsfähig, konnten daher das Auto vor Ort nicht laden.
Keine Möglichkeit sich Tee oder Café im Zimmer zu machen, jedes Getränk (auch Wasser) musste an der Honesty Bar selbst zubereitet werden.
Kein Getränk, Cookie, Nachmittagskuchen inkludiert. Hier wird scharf gerechnet.
Bis auf das Küchenteam leider keine Freundlichkeit im Haus.

Fühlten uns als Gast nicht wertgeschätzt. Kommen bestimmt nicht mehr.

El lugar es fantastico, rodeado de naturaleza por todos lados. Los funcionarios extremamente amables y muy limpio.

Alguma decoração kitch, mas sempre confortável.

A localização é perfeita, mesmo no sopé da serra para sair a pé para uma caminhada

Hotel bonito e requintado onde cada pormenores torna os espaços apeteciveis e aconhegant
Pros:

Gostámos muito apesar do mau tempo não ter permitido isufruir do espaço exterior.
Os espaços todos decorados com muito gosto o que os torna apetecíveis.
O jantar e o pqueno almoço muito bons.
Um hotel a repetir e se possível muitas vezes.

Os banhos de aires deveriam ter um relógio e indicação de como usufruir desses banhos.
