Executive Hotel Paris Gennevilliers

I liked the nice view from 5th floor right room. Clean room, Nice staff.

I didn't like that the AC
didn't work. No microwave oven in room. No refrigerator in room. The bed could be more comfortable.

I book this hotel because someone said it’s great for Solo female travellers!!! It’s affordable and right beside the Tram! Lots of shops around. Room 108 was great, the bed was comfortable, the place was clean ONLY issue was the fire alarm every morning at 8am :( I really wanted a full 8 hours lol! They offer breakfast, I didn’t have any. There is a bakery down the road as well and a grocery store!

The A/C not work, the bathroom terrible, staf need to take customer service training

Overall it was a very good 3 night stay

Staff was awesome very helpful and was nice big parking lot a bonus for a hotel in Paris would recommend not to far from the ❤️ of Paris

We stayed at the hotel for four days we asked for the room to be cleaned no one cleaned it, the minuit we entered room we was itching lying on the bed, bed bugs we had been bitten from head to toe an apsalute nightmare I have logged a complaint not happy atall a lot of tourist where also saying the same. Language barrier not helpful atall. I would not reccomend this place as will be a feast for the bugs an flies. I have taken photos of with swollen finger face bitten arms bites.

One of my Expedia search criteria was "breakfast included". It turns out breakfast was not included in our booking. Breakfast was available but we had to pay for this separately

Although a gym is advertised on their website and Hotels.com, it is no longer open. This was important for me as it was the only reason I booked this hotel.

The rooms are outdated and extremely depressing. Cleaning seems non existent with stains all over the furniture and mould covering the bathroom. Multiple questionable stains on surfaces - which were disgusting. Many fixtures in the room such as lamps and hairdryers also did not work. There are zero facilities within the room, not even a kettle.

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Everything was great.

Very safe for a solo female traveler. Friendly staff. Right down the street from bus/subway. Cozy room.

The property did not look like the pictures at all, it’s located in an extremely inconvenient area. The building looked like a renovated apartment building and reeked of bleach when we entered the room. So much so that we had allergic reactions and had to leave and they did not provide us a refund. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
