Buona posizione vicino alle mura, bella l'atmosfera natalizia, personale gentile, camera con terrazzino carina.

Posto che normalmente non rilasciamo recensioni inferiori a un certo punteggio, dobbiamo indicare delle criticità di un certo livello. Partiamo dal parcheggio: il parcheggio è in un cortiletto con cancello chiuso da una catena da bici non ispirante il massimo della sicurezza, risulta molto piccolo e viene richiesta dallo staff la chiave del mezzo per eventuali spostamenti in caso di assenza dei proprietari... caratteristica non indicata in precedenza e non per forza accettabile da tutti per svariati motivi.. nel nostro caso non c'è stato comunicato e siamo stati chiamati al telefono durante la cena per spostare il nostro mezzo, fatto che, nonostante l'estrema gentilezza del receptionist Matteo, ha disturbato un momento di relax.
Seconda criticità: la camera presenta serramenti vecchi che non riescono a insonorizzare la stanza dai rumori esterni (la camera dava sulla strada).
Terza criticità: la colazione a buffet non era disponibile e ci é stato comunicato nel momento stesso, accompagnandoci alla pasticceria di fronte, che era molto buona, ma non era il servizio che avevamo scelto (e pagato). Ribadiamo che il personale, in primis la signora che gestisce, é stato gentile e disponibile ma ciò non può cancellare l'esperienza purtroppo negativa. Per quest'ultimo motivo la valutazione è 6 su 10, altrimenti il punteggio sarebbe stato minimo.

Posizione ottima appena fuori le mura. WiFi ottimo.
TV collegabile al telefono.

Cons:

La manutenzione della struttura è sicuramente da migliorare come gli arredi della camera. La TV in una posizione scomoda e non collegata all'antenna.
Letto matrimoniale diviso al centro da inserire un topper. Grandi potenzialità ma bisogna lavorarci.
