Guests are kindly requested to book the spa treatments in advance.

Please note that the property consists of 4 buildings and some areas might be located in a different building.

Pets are allowed only after prior confirmation by the property and only in Standard room type.

Please note that for a small dog there is an extra charge of PLN 50 per night, while for a large dog (over 12 in) there is an extra charge of PLN 70 per night. The pet fee for a cat or other small pets is of PLN 50 per night.

Please note that bathrobes can be provided upon request and at an additional cost of PLN 20.

If a VAT invoice is required, please submit all details for issue with the taxpayer number. In case of incomplete data a personal bill will be issued without further option for a VAT invoice.

The hotel reserves the right to verify the age of the child upon check-in.

Pros:

Osrodek bardzo ładny. Miła obsługa. Panie na recepcji na prawdę klasa. Pokoje przestronne. Fajna opcja również dla rodzin z dziećmi. Śniadania smaczne choć koło 9:00 już było bardzo przebrane na stołach. Bardzo fajna opcja przedłużenia doby do 16:00 za niewielką opłatą. Pokoje z balkonami bardzo przyjemne. Myślę, że do Was wrócimy bo podobało nam się.

Cons:

Na basenie BARDZO brudne okna. W restauracji brudne krzesła. Są tapicerowane ale nadal nie wygląda to dobrze tym bardziej, że to restauracja. Do tego w restauracji są podwieszone pod sufitem materiałowe płachty które także mają palmy( zacieki). Myślę, że te problemy leżą po stronie menadżera który musi zmobilizować personelem Moim zdaniem jest do zrobienia. Mimo to hotel polecam. Jest miło i spokojnie. A ww uwagi nie wpływają znacząco na komfort w trakcie pobytu. Po prostu estetycznie to nie wygląda za dobrze. Myślę, że wrócimy do Was bo było bardzo miło.

Czystość w pokoju i całym ośrodku bez żadnych zastrzeżeń, genialny widok z balkonu na górski potok, przepyszne urozmaicone śniadania i obiadokolacje, dziękujemy za bardzo udany (już drugi) pobyt , na pewno wrócimy
