Guests are kindly requested to book the spa treatments in advance.

Please note that the property consists of 4 buildings and some areas might be located in a different building.

Pets are allowed only after prior confirmation by the property and only in Standard room type.

Please note that for a small dog there is an extra charge of PLN 50 per night, while for a large dog (over 12 in) there is an extra charge of PLN 70 per night. The pet fee for a cat or other small pets is of PLN 50 per night.

Please note that bathrobes can be provided upon request and at an additional cost of PLN 20.

If a VAT invoice is required, please submit all details for issue with the taxpayer number. In case of incomplete data a personal bill will be issued without further option for a VAT invoice.

The hotel reserves the right to verify the age of the child upon check-in.

Cons:

Entäuschen war der Fersehempfang, bei der heutigen Nachrichtenlage hatten wir mindestens ARD ZDF Welt und NTV erwartet. Auch die Bezeichnungen wären in Englisch und Deutsch für ein Internationales Haus das über Booking angeboten wird notwendig. Der Übergang vom Schwimmbad zum Zimmer mit nassen Haaren????

Przede wszystkim w calym hotelu pachnie na korytarzach w pokojach. Panie w recepcji uśmiechnięte służące pomocą. Śniadania urozmaicone każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie z pewnością, nikt raczeglodny nie wyszedl Obiadokolacje również w formie bufetu też przepyszne. Sauny duży plus, basen również i wisienka jacuzzi😍 Spędziliśmy 4 dni w super warunkach z pewnością wrócimy. 🤭

Pobyt był krótki, ale udany – cena adekwatna do standardu, a czas spędzony na miejscu przyjemny.
Pros:

Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługują przestronne pokoje – duże, ciepłe i bardzo dobrze wygłuszone, co zapewnia komfortowy wypoczynek.

Dużym atutem jest również otoczenie obiektu – zadbany teren z zielenią, miejscem na grilla oraz strumieniem w pobliżu, który dodaje temu miejscu klimatu.

Na plus także bezpłatny parking. Całość tworzy bardzo dobre warunki do spokojnego wypoczynku.

Cons:

Minusem jest wejście do restauracji – drzwi są wyraźnie zużyte i nie robią dobrego pierwszego wrażenia. Widać na nich ślady zniszczenia, co nie pasuje do reszty obiektu.

Słabo wypada też strefa przy wejściu do restauracji z wieszakami i szafkami na odzież – wygląda to chaotycznie i mało estetycznie, jakby było ustawione przypadkowo. Tego typu rozwiązanie powinno być lepiej ukryte, przeniesione w inne miejsce albo chociaż zasłonięte.
