Pros:

Clean facilities, cozy room, good food, relaxing spa

Cons:

It is not actually a negative aspect, but they should be more careful on the number of people allowed in spa. I hardly got on spot to leave the towels. But it was still a very nice spa experience

Very beautiful location surrounded by nature, nice and clean room, good food and an interesting spa designed like a grot
Pros:

I liked the location of the accommodation, the peaceful atmosphere, the food and the facilities it offers.

Cons:

Many areas were not cleared of snow and there was a risk of slipping and falling, which is not something you want on vacation.

Destul de ok
Cons:

Lipsa solutiilor destinate uscarii prosoapelor si a halatelor (nu exista decat o agatatoare.prinsa in peretele din baie)
Lipsa.planului de evacuare in caz de incendiu ce trebuia afisat pe usa de acces, in interior

Our go to place in winter
Pros:

Fantastic facilities ,the spa is amazing,food is delicious

Cons:

Our room smelled like sewer and the shower had no pressure and took 10 mins to get hot water..I think this was an isolated incident(maybe some work being done)
