Locatia buna, dar personalul lasa de dorit.
Pros:

Zona spa si camera in care am stat au fost superbe.

Cons:

Un anume ospatar Viorel care nu stie sa vorbeasca cu clientii si mai presus de toate ofera informatii false de nenumarate ori. Problema e ca te împiedici de el la restaurant dar si la centrul spa.

Pros:

Wer SPA mag ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Ansonsten fehlt es an alternativen Angeboten. Cluj ist nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen, aber sehenswert

Cons:

Der Luxus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Locația, personalul , ambientul , curățenia, diversitatea felurilor de mâncare de la micul dejun, servire prânz/cina a la carte - totul la superlativ.

Cons:

Deși in zilele de marți este permis accesul copiilor, consider că se putea face rabat de la acest aspect, în ziua de 24 februarie: ca noi, au fost multe cupluri ce au ales această locație pentru a sărbători Dragobetele.

Clean facilities, cozy room, good food, relaxing spa

Cons:

It is not actually a negative aspect, but they should be more careful on the number of people allowed in spa. I hardly got on spot to leave the towels. But it was still a very nice spa experience
