The staff are great, as it usually is all over Thailand, but that hotel is showing its age and the location is good but not great.
For the same dollar value you could maybe get more or the same for less

Location is fine , close to walking distance .
The building is nice as you walk in the foyer . But the room l got was pretty outdated, smelling from moisture and roof were full of moulds, the room was dark due exposure in front of other buildings . My friend had the same room but in well lighting room facing sunlight, and was offered a fruit as a welcome. Not me ! And he paid $100 cheaper than l what l got . A let down .

Maybe this hotelnwas 5 star 40 years ago but not anymore. Swimming pool was not available and faucet water was not clean. Dirty water smelled. Furnitures are old and not clean. Scared to sit on it. Don't tricked by BW. it's not worthy at all.

Pros:

Stayed in the junior suite. Looks nice on the outside but so many little things were poor. The shower faucet was falling off the wall. The overhead shower would leak for over a day before it would stop when using the wand. Half the electrical outlets didn't work. With 2 TVs back to back, the remote would turn on or tune bith TVs. Tv content quality was SD at best. The lobby smelled like rubbing alcohol and the elevator buttons would push into the wall. Balcony lights would not work, and AC is only in the bedroom. Not in the living room area

Good stuff - cozy bed, hot shower, good fridge, excellent location to the beach. Generally a quiet location. Super nice staff too

Very nice hotel, not too big. Nice lobby with fish tanks, one with 2 spectacular small sharks. Affordable price for the quality. Nice bedroom design with balcony with nice view of the ocean, Koh lan and beautiful sunset. Extremely convenient location, big 7-Eleven on the beach, nice Sand Cafe with wide choice of food all within a 2 minutes walk. Located on very quiet street with very little car or motorbike circulation.

Staff are very nice but lack of interaction between reception and housekeeping meant agreed requests were never kept which impacted on, what should have been , a very enjoyable experience. Still enjoyed my stay and outside of this the trip was still extremely enjoyable

Det var mugg i dusjen og når vi bestilte mat i restauranten var biffen feil stekt. Måten de håndterte dette på var ikke god. Store rom, men luktet ikke bra.

Great location great hotel
Pros:

Location near one of the prettier parts of beach, loads of nearby restaurants and bars but not a loud area at night. Great night market nearby with great food. What I'd call the nicer part of Pattaya and a great break away from Bangkok. The hotel is modern and room spacious and well decorated, booked a suite and loved the space and comfort.
