Pros:

Personnel à l'accueil agréable cette fois.(j'étais venue précédemment et le réceptionniste fut si désagréable, je suis repartie sans réserver).
Équipement correct, mais ordinaire et ayant déjà bien vécu.
Propreté irréprochable partout. Femmes de chambre souriantes et polies.
Confort lit bien, couettes un peu courtes.
Emplacement bon, facile à trouver, joli jardin avec piscine.
Petit déjeuner varié et bon.

Cons:

Beaucoup de bruits de circulation dans les chambres donnant sur la rue où se trouve l'école

L’emplacement, les chambres sont grandes et le parking

Cons:

Mobilier vieux et délabré. Aucun effort pour faire mieux. Rien avoir avec le classement 4 étoiles. Petit déjeuner médiocre et un personnel dépassé. Pour le thé, boisson marocaine par excellence, il n’y a qu’une dizaine de verres et les clients doivent faire la queue pour attendre la navette entre la cuisine pour les laver. Dommage l’hôtel a un vrai potentiel, mais

Slecht kloten kut
Pros:

De hotel is 4 sterren als je binne komt is het prachtig
Maar de kamer was echt echt slecht zag eletra draden kleine gaatjes in plafond het was ook erg vies.
De meubilair leek wel van de kringloop winkel
Ik zou 7/ 8 januari blijven
Ik ben na 1 nacht weggegaan
Ze hebben ook slechte recensies.
Nee dit is geen 4 sterren hotel.

Ontbijt was slecht en karig

Was meer kaas dan pizza

€110 betaald en maar 1 nacht geslapen eigenlijk had ik wel recht op terug betaling van 1 nacht

Advies aan booking .com kijk goed wat je verhuurd aan mensen anders gaan ze naar trivago of andere

La réceptionniste s’est adressée à nous d’un ton arrogant et peu respectueux concernant une prolongation de séjour.

Nous avons préféré annuler la prolongation .
