Check-in hours on Sundays are from 16:00 to 18:00.

Parking hours are specified as Monday through Saturday from 07:30 to 23:00 and on Sunday from 08:30 to 22:00.

Excelente localización, comodidad y muy buen precio.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Ciertamente, el estacionamiento es externo, pero está muy cercano al hotel. La cama muy cómoda y pudimos dormir excelentemente.

Cons:

El baño está un poco pequeño. Pero es cómodo. Recomendaría que al llegar, pudieran recomendar lugares a visitar en Morelia, o dónde comer. Falta labor de concierge.

Pros:

The location was perfect. Close to many nice restaurants and amenities. The staff was pretty friendly and cooperative, especially the boy from the breakfast service. He sure went over the top to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. Thanks for the delicious coffee.😋

Cons:

The room seemed like wasn’t ready for us. When entering the room we could smell some humidity. Once we opened the windows and the air flew into the room, everything seemed fine. But it should have been the other way around. We were close to the main corridor, and still the room was quieter than expected.

The location is nice

Cons:

Staff are noisy during the day, and there's a lot of echo and thin walls, so it's hard to sleep. Communications with the hotel were bizarre, like them asking guests if they want the room cleaned "because of ecology" when they leave lights outside rooms on all day, thus being careless about ecology. The beds were pretty bad and for the rate, the rooms were not spacious at all. Overall a very bad experience and we wouldn't return even for half the price.

I sent them a msg at 4pm regarding a failed payment ( updated all payment details, also never had this issue before) and informed them about late arrival (as the check in was till 6pm) got no response and after 8pm got a notification that my booking was cancelled. After the entire day travelling, it was very stressful experience

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer schönen Stadt! Gerne wieder..
Pros:

Das Hotel und die Lage haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war auch schön und bequeme Betten.
Das Frühstück inclusive ist jetzt nur ein bißchen Obst und etwas Brot, Kaffee... möchte man aber mehr essen, muß man es zusätzlich bezahlen, aber gut.. man hat die Möglichkeit.
