Important information:

Check-in hours on Sundays are from 16:00 to 18:00.

Parking hours are specified as Monday through Saturday from 07:30 to 23:00 and on Sunday from 08:30 to 22:00.

La atención del Sr que nos recibió a la entrada, la limpieza de la habitación.

Cons:

Si bien cuenta con servicio de estacionamiento, no está dentro del lugar y no es 24 hrs.

Agradable estancia
Pros:

Proximidad al centro de Morelia, habitación amplia y limpia, incluido el baño, cama grande y confortable, personal muy atento. Cuenta con estacionamiento a menos de 100 metros (con un horario de 7:30 a 23:00 horas).

Cons:

Ventilación de la habitación. Nuestra habitación tenía una ventana, pero daba al patio donde se ubican las mesas donde se sirve el desayuno. Por ello no podíamos abrirla en la mañana. Esto se podría solucionar colocando aire acondicionado. También se podría agregar una conexión de luz en el lado derecho de la cama para que ambas personas puedan cargar sus equipos.

Bien... pero con un gran pero
Pros:

El hotel me parece que está muy bien ubicado, a solo 10 minutos del centro de Morelia caminando, el estacionamiento está cerca y muy bien, los desayunos me gustaron, la atención fue buena, la habitación bien

Cons:

Todo iba bien hasta que en el closet detecte cucarachas y me dieron un raid para atacarlas

POCO RECOMENDABLE

La ubicación

Cons:

El personal, la empleada de recepción bastante molesta y grosera.
El primer día se la paso llamando a la habitación por que querían reubicarnos.
El segundo dia A los 5 minutos de la salida ya estaba llamando para amenazar con cobrar de mas.
Las 2 suites que tuvimos muy ruidosas ( están frente a recepción) todo el tiempo se escuchaban los gritos, las risas y chismes de la empleada de recepción.
No lo recomiendo hay mucho mejores opciones.
Las camas son incómodas.

Es un hotel muy tranquilo y de muy buenas atenciones hacia el huésped. Sin duda, lo volvería a elegir. El precio por noche es bastante accesible, para mi gusto.

Muy buena estacia.
Pros:

El servicio, las instalaciones y la ubicación son lo mejor de este lugar. Tienen estacionamiento incluido y el desayuno continental es rico. Los precios para complementarlo con algo más son accesibles, bastante bien el lugar.

Cons:

No me molesta en particular, pero a las 7am ya hay ruido que te va a despertar sí o sí. Si no es eso, las cortinas son muy transparentes, así que el sol sí lo hará.

Llegas con la reserva lista y la desconocen para restarte la misma habitación 50% más cara. Imagínate reservar con tiempo y llegar y que te digan sino le parece le cancelamos
