Pros:

Great location, beautiful views of Sakurajima volcano and the sea from the room; staffs are very friendly, polite and helpful; room is spacious and clean, beds are comfortable; Suiren tempura restaurant serves very delicious meals, and this is our third time enjoying the best tempura we ever had ; great in-house shopping and bakery shop; parking are convenient, hotel provides the the pick up and drop off services to and from the hotel.

Mostly ok but a little bit far from downtown than I would’ve liked.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and worked well for our three night stay. The shuttle bus to and from the hotel and into the downtown area was very handy.

Cons:

It is a bit of a walk from downtown but fortunately there was a shuttle that can take you from the hotel and back. There was a surcharge of 300 yen per day for the bath regardless whether or not it was used. There was also a fee 1,650 yen to use the gym if your room is not one of the premium rooms that include it.

寛げました
Pros:

露天風呂から見たのですが桜島の上から出てくる日の出🌅は最高でした…予定時刻より遅かったのですが待った甲斐がありました

Cons:

朝食ビュッフェとても美味しかったのですがハンバーグ・パスタが無かったのは残念でした
最後に楽しみにしていたデザートが違うデザートに変わっていたのは残念でした
食事時間が６０分は短かったかな

豪華でゆっくり過ごせるホテル
Pros:

鹿児島の城山の上にあり鹿児島市内や桜島の絶景が見える素晴らしいホテルでした。サービスやお部屋も大満足でした。ロビー近くのバーでハッピーアワーでカクテルやワインが楽しめ、夕食に行く前に利用しました。シャトルバスで街まで行けて便利でした。

사쿠라지마뷰 온천을 즐기고 싶다면 강추
Pros:

전통있는 일본식호텔로 대욕장이 유명한데
명성만큼 좋더라구요. 체크인시 뷰없는 방이었는데
사쿠라지마뷰가 보이는 객실로 바꿔주셔서 더욱 좋았습니다
객실 비품도 훌륭하고 청소상태도 좋았어요

Cons:

위치가 텐몬칸에서 떨어져 있어서 호텔에서 외부로 다니는게 좀 불편합니다 셔틀이 있긴하지만 1박시에는 왔다갔다가 하는게 더 시간이 걸리겠더라구요

Cons:

No guide book/ information available at all in the rooms on restaurants, shuttle bus. It was very confusing as this hotel is massive with a lot of restaurants & different sections.
There are so many restaurants, but you can’t actually book them unless you’re booking two days in advance! They also close really early.
The room service menu is very basic, one item is simply “soup”.
You have to pay for the onsen & gym.
The walls are paper thin & you can hear every single conversation in the adjacent rooms.

Pros:

Top notch onsen with unobstructed view of Sakurajima. Fantastic breakfast. Great view from Shiroyama hill. Frequent shuttle bus (every 30 mins) from and to Kagoshima-chuo train station.
