最高でした！
Pros:

妊娠中で睡眠が不安でしたが、長細いクッションがあったりので、快適に睡眠をとることができました。誕生日のお祝いギフトが置いてあったりと心温まるおもてなしでした。送迎バスも丁寧なご案内で、すごく気持ちが良かったです。お風呂も随時掃除されていて清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。何より朝食ブッフェは今までで1番おいしくて、楽しかったです。

Cons:

良くなかったわけではないですが、お部屋の冷蔵庫があまり温度がMAXにしていても低くなく、ぬるくなりやすかった感じがありました。（しろくまのアイスを買っていたので、食べる時には溶けてしまった）

Den tårnhøje service, shuttlebus og det fantastiske personale!

Cons:

Jeg var mindre begejstret for morgenmagen og savnede vesterlandsk, sprødstegt bacon, rigtige spejlæg, forskellige oste og den slags.

雨天、曇りの為、桜島の絶景は見れませんでした。残念だったのは駐車場で他の客に車の当て逃げをされたことですが、ホテルの責任ではありません。

広過ぎて部屋とお風呂とレストランの間かなり歩く。

Pros:

Onsen, sauna and cold plunge was amazing, we had a R&R stage of our holiday here and we had 2x Onsens a day.

We didn't manage to get into all the restaurants due to bookings, but did try the Spanish and Japanese (and filled in with snacks from the Lawson in the lower foyer, all was great. the views and atmosphere from the Spanish restaurant were special, the view to the Japanese garden out the windows in the Japanese restaurant at night was nice too.

The bus to town and the bus station (airport transfer) is really good too, constantly running, on time and comfortable.

Pros:

Отличный вид и великолепный онсен. Прекрасная булочная на первом этаже. Также есть супермаркет.

Cons:

Добраться можно только на автобусе и слишком длинное здание (добраться из одного конца в другой берёт время)

Cons:

Wanted to stay longer. Had to pay for private onsen as we have tattoos but it is what it is!

Delightfully ostentatious
Pros:

Incredible views of the volcano (make sure you book a volcano view room). We only stayed one night as we were on the way to Yakushima island, but the typhoon messed up our plans unfortunately. We also didn't use the onsen as my husband has tattoos. The room was extremely comfy and the buffet breakfast was an all time great.

One of the best onsen views in the country.
Pros:

The shuttle was extremely convenient. The onsen had an incredible view. It felt like a premium experience, especially compared to the other hotels we stayed in in Japan.

Pros:

One of the best breakfast I've had in my life. Fruit is amazing, cooking is amazing, and there's a dude making kurabuta on demand. Room is very comfortable and the view to Sakurajima is great - I stayed looking at it for minutes a few times. Onsen is not only very good and very clean, but it also has the view. Try watching the sun rise at the onsen (yes, wake up at 4:30 and go). It's an amazing hotel.

Cons:

The only complaint is that I can't afford coming every year to Kagoshima. I live too far from here. :) oh, actually, I found the pillows on the bed too soft for me. But that's all.
