Luxury in Kagoshima
Pros:

Beautiful hotel pure luxury, great breakfast, shuttle bus service

Cons:

Whilst the shuttle bus service is great, you are reliant on it as the hotel is not close to town and the alternative is a long uphill walk. Breakfast is yummy but quite expensive

How to beat in Kagoshima. Rooms, restaurants, service, all excellent.
Pros:

With the most fabulous view over the island volcano Sakurajima. Large resort hotel with multiple excellent restaurant offerings, comfortable rooms, which are generous by Japanese standards in size. The staff were unfailingly helpful. A particular mention to the concierge Minami Gotanda who was delightful and so helpful when a family emergency necessitated a sudden change of plans.

Cons:

Nothing. It’s a well run professional resort hotel

Pros:

眺望の良さは口コミ通りでした。
フロントスタッフはもちろん、コンビニの店員のおばちゃんまで全員感じが良かったです。

Cons:

お風呂まで乗り換えのエレベーターがちょっと面倒でした。

翌日、朝食会場やスタッフの対応はとてもよかった　朝食会場のテキパキさは素晴らしかった
お風呂場の方の挨拶が気持ちよかった

Cons:

到着時のフロントスタッフさんが数名いたが、どなたも怖く感じたので、第一印象としては最悪だった。館内はわかりにくい、部屋まで遠い　朝食は60分だと4400円分は楽しめない

Pros:

お風呂では、大浴場にタオルが準備されており、毎回、新しいものが使えること。
個別ドレッサーが数台あり、ゆっくり湯上がりケアができたこと。

Cons:

朝食込みのプランだと思っていたが、入っておらず（おそらく自分の手違いで）、豪華な朝食を食べられなくて残念でした。
当日でも、食べられると案内頂きましたが、高価過ぎたし、時間がなかったため、またの機会にしたいと思い、朝食のかわりに、お風呂を堪能させて頂きました。

Pros:

Un bain extérieur avec vue sur la ville et le volcan Sakurajima. Un lit très confortable. Une salle de bain compact mais idéale.

Cons:

Le tuyau de ventilation qui débouchait juste devant la fenêtre. J'ai eu l'impression d'avoir la chambre pour les derniers du panier. Un espace un peu étroit dans la chambre aux vues des prix de chambre affichés.
