最高級のホテルだから、若手スタッフの接客に課題あり。
Pros:

高級感があり、大浴場も立派で、居心地がよい。食事が美味しく、桜島を海の向こうに望みながら風景も楽しめる。

Cons:

温泉が全体的にぬるい。夕食で予約した郷土料理のコースで、説明が少なく、呼んでも「お待ち下さい」と待たされる。来ないから呼んでるのだが、、、。年末の利用だったので、疲れていたのだろうが、次はないかも。中堅以上のスタッフさんの接客は丁寧でした。

Great hotel - particularly if you like onsens with spectacular views.
Pros:

Amazing views of Sakurajima. Amazing onsen and very welcoming.

Cons:

Had noisy people next door who keep us awake - but that can happen anywhere.

Pros:

職員がとても丁寧だし、こんな言うと失礼かも知れませんが、鹿児島にしては気品と格調の高さは群を抜いています。東京でもシティホテルとして、充分やって行けると感じる。
ロケーションは鹿児島ならではで、ナポリと姉妹都市は理解できる。高台に建つホテルだからこそで、他のホテルとの違いが歴然です。

只、私の部屋に前泊の人なのか、
メイキングの人なのか分かりませんが、冷蔵庫の上のコッブの棚に、明らかな女性の長い髪の毛が付いており、少し気持ち悪かった。
また、明らかに日本人では無いと思うが、上の階が地響きと振動が遅くまで続いてた。
あの時間での周りを気にしない動き方は、明らかに日本人出ないと確信出来る。初めてだった。
