Downstairs foyer was warm, cosy and welcoming. Staff were helpful and friendly. Sea view from room was nice. Plenty of parking space. Powerful modern shower.
Bed was a bit small and short in length so we didn't sleep well unfortunately. Room and en suite were a bit cold despite the electric radiators being on.

Our group had a King suite in the main hotel and a self contained apartment with a hot tub. The apartment was fabulous, very modern, nicely heated, had everything we needed, fridge, kitchen area, decent hot shower, robes and slippers, hot tub was clean and a decent temperature. The food was really good too, we had dinner and breakfast and both were fantastic!
The main hotel and King Suite is a little dated and could do with a bit of a spruce up i.e broken bins, leaking radiator, internal lock in room didn’t work. But everything else was fabulous!

Two minutes from the ferry , good local restaurants and friendly service. Enjoyed our stay.
Room and view from room was nice. Young man serving breakfast was friendly as well as male hotel manager.
Some staff simply should not interface with guests. Older woman at breakfast made me feel like I was being reprimanded for not having a breakfast reservation when I was a paying guest. No one ever said I needed a reservation. Same goes for dinner at the hotel. Both times we needed a parking space but none were available at the hotel or on the street or surrounding streets. Hotel should monitor parking giving guests a parking space assignment and posting signs that parking is only for guests.
