The location is perfect. Building is in good condition.

Cons:

Air conditioner was extremely noisy! View was horrible. Outside sitting area overrun with ants. The price of the room was too high. As a commercial real estate appraiser, the average daily rate in this area is $385. This room was at that rate, but certainly fell short of the view, size and air conditioning. It would be far more economically feasible to put in quieter air conditioning. The noise from the AC was unbearable turning the night. DID NOT SLEEP GOOD

Pros:

Room was very clean and the lady cleaning rooms when I arrived was extremely helpful and let me use her phone as I forgot to bring mine. Beach is beautiful. Bed very comfortable.

Key pad on door was broken so we immediately got locked out of room and had to wait for someone to come unlock it. Air conditioner was on its last leg and could not cool room. AC was crazy loud all night then completely shut off. AC was falling out of the wall and ants were coming inside. Ceiling fan was broken. Was uncomfortably hot all night.

Will never book here again.
Pros:

The location was great. The room was not swept/vacuumed or mopped and there was urine in the toilet. The room was well overdue for paint and caulk . Not sure if the bed linens were fresh (probably not). There were blood droplets on the floor near the bathroom. Definitely not worth the price. Check in was also difficult. This is our first negative experience through booking over many years. Suntan Terrace nearby where we stayed in June makes this place look like motel 6.

Overall, it was a nice overnight getaway.
Pros:

Love Casey Key and Nokomis Beach. The property was on the beach side, a plus. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The ceiling fan didn’t work. There was water on the floor outside of the bathroom when I arrived. Also, the water in the shower didn’t drain well. No space in the bathroom to put your things.

Overnight stay. Loved the decor!
Pros:

Beautiful, cozy, steps to the beach! It was very peaceful.

Cons:

Check in was a little confusing but got through that with good customer service from the main hotel. More information about where to park would have been helpful. I had to move my vehicle because you park in the spot that is your room number and I didn’t know that. Plus the parking spot for room 9 isn’t marked so I was kinda upset about how the maintenance person made me feel when he was telling me to move my jeep. But past that, the place is awesome! I would totally stay again!

it was only a 2 night stay with a family member. An option for separate beds would have been nice.

Great weather, great location on the beach.
Pros:

The location of the property was good and the room was clean.

Cons:

There’s absolutely no staff at the location, there’s no comfortable seating in the room, only the bed. The coffee situation is not ideal.
