Zimmerservice nach Bedarf schont Umwelt und Ressourcen, gutes aber nicht zu umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, hatten ruhiges Zimmer zum Garten, ausreichend kostenloses Parken im öffentlichen Raum, Altstadt fußläufig zu erreichen

L’emplacement à l’entrée de la ville mais proche du centre, on se gare facilement

Cons:

Le personnel trop discret et donc pas toujours disponible.
L’ascenseur n’est plus disponible après 18h00.

Leider war dies unser letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.

Der Frühstücksservice war wie immer sehr gut, und das Frühstückspersonal war ausgesprochen nett.

Cons:

Leider gab es beim Zimmerservice eine mangelhafte Kommunikation. Erst nach drei Tagen wünschten wir einen Zimmerservice und entfernten entsprechend das Bitte-nicht-stören-Schild. Uns wurde jedoch beim Check-in nicht mitgeteilt, dass zusätzlich ein spezieller Türanhänger angebracht werden muss. Da kein Service erfolgte, fehlten Toilettenpapier und frische Handtücher. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, wir hätten keinen Zimmerservice gewünscht. Die Situation endete leider in einem unangemessenen Umgangston seitens des Personals. Nach dem dritten Aufenthalt war dies für uns der letzte Besuch in diesem Hotel.
