Again it was a great location but for us the room wasn’t great

The smell once you walked in was nice & the owner was friendly & the location was ideal for where we needed to be. Definitely looked like one of the nicest B&Bs from the outside looking in…

Cons:

The tripe basic room is on the top floor which is fine but it is very small. Doesn’t show the correct bathroom layout & it is very claustrophobic in there. I do not recommend this room if you have small kids due to the height of the ceiling either. Also the most disappointing was not managing to have a hot shower whilst we were there. The sink tap was hot but the shower was stone cold. The owner said it was due to busy times with being on the top floor but it’s a basic necessity to have hot water regardless of the type of room you have or where it is situated in the property. I tried to sort it myself but to no avail. This let the property down massively & don’t recommend this room specifically to anyone..

Pros:

Room was very clean and furnished to a level above what you'd expect for Blackpool. It didn't have that old worn.out feel you get in many budget Blackpool hotels. The guy running the place was a lovely fellow.

Cons:

Bed was ok but not massively comfortable.

Pros:

Excellent value for money , room was clean , bed was comfortable and although the room was on the small side there was well thought out storage provided , breakfast was again excellent value for money and very tasty . Would definitely stay again

Absolutely Brilliant
Pros:

Clean, Towel Provided, Good Location near Central car park. We’ve started around 5 times now, will continue to use.

Accommodating when I need to change the date due to my friend having a last min operation.

Cons:

The shower didn’t warm up, but luckily enough the weather was very warm so appreciated the cool water

Didn't have breakfast, but the location was excellent .

Cons:

Couldn't get WiFi and the radiator in the room wasn't working It was really cold , after all it was Storm Dave when we were away.

Sisters on a weekend break
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was excellent, Stuart and Carol were Amazing, nothing was to much trouble and the breakfast was Lovely. It's close to everything around just a few minutes walk. Will be booking for next year 2026.
