Stay was very pleasant. Location was great. I would book again.
Pros:

Rooms were fine. Did not realize we booked smoking rooms so we weren't prepared for the smell. Staff were wonderful, helpful and respectful. Would have appreciated some eggs for breakfast but the selection was nice.

Pros:

GW中に急に松山行きになり、帰路の確保ができず、探し廻った宿泊先でした。うまく人数にあった予約ができておらず、宿泊先のフロントの方にフォローいただきました。お部屋も近くの部屋2室で手配いただき、私も子ども安心して泊まれました。ありがとうございました。

壁に穴があったこと。浴室に少し臭いがあったこと。
交通機関が休日で運行しておらず、宿泊先まで路面電車の西堀端駅から歩くことになった。
