- Breakfast is not common in Paris so it was okay.
- Location was great, there were 2-3 options to connect city landmarks.
- Air conditioning in the room was not enough, I woke up sweaty some nights even though it was not that hot.
- On some days, some items in the room was not refreshed such as toilet paper and shower gel.

It was a beautiful location on a quiet side street. The breakfast was lovely and staff so helpful and friendly.
Despite being a 3-star hotel, it offers everything one truly needs. The property is very clean, minimalistic, and carries a sense of history. It is completely unpretentious, yet conveys a level of sophistication that is often difficult to find even in luxury hotels. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the food was very good, and the breakfast felt genuinely Parisian. The garden in the backyard is particularly charming, with colourful flowers and elegant seating. Everything is simple, but executed with great taste and refineme
Nothing of significance. For those accustomed to larger luxury hotels, the scale and amenities are more modest, but this is entirely consistent with the concept and does not detract from the experience.

La posizione sia perché la zona è bella e sia perché ha tutti i servizi che un turista cerca.
La vicinanza con la stazione metro.

Posizionato in zona ricca e vicinissima a ristorantini etnici e creperie. A due passi da metrò con cui raggiungere tutto. Albergo delizioso con fantastico "giardino" interno per godersi un attimo di quiete parigina.

L’extrême gentillesse du personnel. La localisation très pratique à quelques minutes à pied de la Gare Montparnasse dans une rue très calme. J’avais réservé une chambre simple, j’ai été surclassée en chambre double supérieure avec vue jardin. Belle chambre, très propre, literie confortable. Nuit au calme. Je recommande.
