Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit vom Personal! Es wurde ein "besseres" Zimmer angeboten bei Ankunft und geduldig und super nett alle Räume und Möglichkeiten gezeigt.

La localización perfecta, a menos de 5 minutos de las principales atracciones turísticas. El desayuno estaba bastante bien y el personal muy amable.

Tolles Hotel in Sultanahmet, ganz in der Nähe der Ayasofya. Sehr gute Lage, saubere Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Wir sind sehr zufrieden!

Pros:

We liked the staff at the reception, always ready to help, polite and friendly. The location is good, very close to the main sightseeing objects. Quite close to the tram station. Breakfast is good. Tea, water and coffee are always available in the room and lobby. Umbrellas are available in case of rain. Sandwiches were provided as early breakfast because we were departing early in the morning.

Cons:

The hotel facilities are old, renovation is needed. The tea spoons at the breakfest are missing )))

Pros:

Buena atención, el personal de recepción muy atentos y nos ayudaron a conseguir un buen tour por el bósforo. La ubicación excelente queda à la vuelta de todos los lugares turísticos, tiene parking disponible de pago. Buen desayuno y los restaurantes recomendados muy buenos, sin duda volveríamos. Responden rápido a cualquier solicitud.

Jag har anmält dom att någon miljö kontroll ska utföras på detta stället
Pros:

Hotellet var smutsig. Vi har inte känt oss på resa upplevelse när vi besökte min fru var chockad att vara sånt äckligt hotell mögel överallt u duschen och oseriösa personal vi var inte glada så vi tvungen att bor där en natt sen flytta

Det var inte fräscht hotellet vi hade inte tourist känsla på oss
