Disappointed
Pros:

Breakfast was mediocre

Cons:

Had a broken window. At $204 a night it was way too expensive, especially for Muskogee. Should have been $89 night. We won’t stop there again and probably not anywhere in Muskogee.

the general manager to the continental breakfast staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The housekeepers were genuine

Great stay
Pros:

Staff was friendly and room was very clean.

Cons:

I think the one thing I didn't like was I got charged $25 more for a pet fee than what was stated on form.

the rooms were nice, but service is so so.
Pros:

the rooms were clean, nice location.

Cons:

The big items were great location, clean rooms and overall appearance. However comfort items, soap in the shower ,cold eggs, warmer not on or not functioning ,juice machine completely empty, attendant not available, had to get desk person to find her.These items seem small but these things make a stay great or so so.

Friendly staff
Pros:

Love the hotel. Front desk staff, Brenda, was so friendly. The room was clean. Will definitely be back when we are in Muskogee.
