Booking was easy. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.
The carpet was wet. We were staying due to family in hospital and I asked for a late check out. It cost $30 for one hour.
The staff working the desk were friendly. Breakfast was very good.
The A/C unit in the room was leaking onto the carpet. It created a large, cold wet area. The front desk was unable to get us another room so we used several towels instead. The towels got soaked through the night and into the morning, which we walked over/through on our way to the restroom. We tried to contain the leak by turning down A/C but the room got too warm.

Not worth the money ,too expensive to stay at this hotel when you surrounded by a bunch of homeless people and Crack heads just not worth all that money I constantly look at my window makingsure no one broke into my car maybe if it was in a different location ,I'll tell anyone 149 a night go somewhere else

An issue with an a/c leak in our room was a bit of a problem. Soaked a few towels. Due to no other rooms available we had to make do. It was unpleasant to step through the cold water.
Indoors: Clean, well designed, Walz, thick enough that you’re not hearing the elevator dinging right next to the room.
Outdoor: easy to enter an exit the parking lot, great lighting, nicely designed. Felt safe to walk my dogs. Garbage receptacles near the doors.

The breakfast had many selections to choose from. Staff was on hand to assist at breakfast. My car was close by if I needed to retrieve anything. I felt safe. I liked it being close to the Highway and to a convenience store.
The toilet seat didn’t look clean. So I wiped it off.
The young lady working the front desk was wondering. Extremely helpful & very friendly!
