La amabilidad del personal de recepción y la claridad para explicar y ayudar a visitar la ciudad

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación. Al no ser que lo especifiques, no hacen la habitación ni cambian las sábanas. El baño estaba sucio, los azulejos de las paredes se notaba que no estaban limpios desde hace varios días con salpicones de pasta de dientes. La limpieza de la cocina igual, paredes salpicadas de aceite, el estractor de la cocina apenas absorbe humos y se llena la habitación de humo . Utensilios básicos ni microondas. Se da a entender que es una especie de apartamento pero la cocina es mínima. Poca intimidad . Si abres la persiana te ven los otros huéspedes porque su terraza está delante de tu habitación . El sofá cama del salón tenía la tapicería sucia.

Pros:

The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The room had a lovely view from the balcony. The hotel is a bit far from central Munich, but the metro station is nearby, and it only takes a few stops to get into the city centre. There is also a shop close by.

Cons:

The kitchenette was smaller than I expected and not fully equipped. When we arrived, the dishes were dirty, so we had to wash them before using them. The walls were a little scuffed around the doors, but otherwise everything was clean and nice.

Pros:

Camera di giuste dimensioni, ottimo il terrazzino con il tavolino per star all'aperto prima di dormire. Designo delle camere minimal ma piacvole

Cons:

l'illuminazione della stanza è scarsa e la dotazione dell'angolo cottura è veramente minima

悪くはないけど。。。。
Pros:

スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。ホテルは駅から徒歩１０分程度、トラムを使えば徒歩５分程度。部屋も広く浴室なども清潔でした。フロント横にバーがありビールなども飲めます。

Cons:

チェックインしたら、前の宿泊者の荷物が残っていた（フロントに届けたらお詫びにスナックをサービスしてくれました）。部屋の冷えが悪くエアコン調整をお願いしたが、全館同じ空調システムのため個別調整はできないという事で、扇風機を貸し出してくれた。しかし、埃まみれだったので、体に悪そうだと思い自分達で掃除してから使う事となった。調理設備はあるが、電子レンジがなく調味料も置いてないため、短期での滞在時には不便だなと思いました。また、駅前にしかスーパーがなかったので、帰りに調達してこないと不便でした。
