Mi experiencia en este hotel fue extremadamente poco profesional y, sinceramente, preocupante.
Al hacer el check-in no tenía efectivo para dejar el depósito debido a un problema con mi tarjeta. En lugar de pedir una tarjeta de crédito como hacen la mayoría de hoteles, me pidieron dejar mi pasaporte como garantía, algo que acepté confiando en que lo guardarían de forma segura en el hotel.
El problema llegó el día del check-out. Bajé a recepción a las 10:00 (el check-out era a las 11:00) porque tenía un vuelo a las 14:00. En ese momento me dijeron que no sabían dónde estaba mi pasaporte. Tras varias llamadas descubrieron que la empleada que tenía acceso a donde lo guardaban no estaba en el hotel.
A medida que pasaba el tiempo la situación se volvió cada vez más absurda y estresante, ya que corría el riesgo real de perder mi vuelo. Finalmente, cerca de las 12:00, la recepcionista le pasó el teléfono a mi taxista para hablar con su compañera y nos dio una ubicación. Fue entonces cuando descubrimos que mi pasaporte estaba en casa de esa empleada. Tuvimos que ir en taxi a buscarla y encontrarnos con ella en medio de la carretera, donde llegó en moto acompañada por otra persona que no pertenecía al hotel, para devolverme el pasaporte.
He viajado bastante y nunca me había pasado algo así. Que un hotel permita que un empleado se lleve el pasaporte de un huésped fuera del establecimiento es totalmente inaceptable y demuestra una falta muy seria de profesionalidad y de respeto por un documento personal tan importante.
Estuve a punto de perder mi vuelo por esta situación. Recomiendo seriamente a futuros huéspedes no dejar su pasaporte bajo ningún concepto como depósito y exigir otro método de garantía. O simplemente buscar un hotel más seguro y de confianza.

Pros:

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was very convenient. The room was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Pros:

The property was pretty average you pay for what you get. One in particular staff was awesome. The house cleaning ladies were awesome also. Very friendly. I enjoyed my stay
