Pros:

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was very convenient. The room was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

It was a good stay
Pros:

The property was pretty average you pay for what you get. One in particular staff was awesome. The house cleaning ladies were awesome also. Very friendly. I enjoyed my stay

Cons:

Low pressure showers. A few rats running around but that’s normal for Thailand Phuket

Hotel needs money spending on it to bring it up to a respectable standard that i’d expect of a hotel
Pros:

Staff super friendly and no issue communicating with.

Cons:

Hotel is dilapidated. It needs money investing into the facilities and rooms.
Hotel pool - tiles all loose on floor, lilo’s filthy, my rooms aircon has had a issue for a long time. As the ceiling is water damaged and on my last day it started dripping onto the floor.
Wi-fi isn’t particularly good as signal kept dropping out.
Bathroom one light not working and shower head dropped / not been cleaned (likely to avoid it falling off)

Mattress is firm which i don’t mind but for others could be a issue

Aircon is noisy at night so if you need quietness to sleep bring earplugs
