would stay again if could have walk in shower
Pros:

breakfast could have been better with local produce ie poor quality eggs restaurant meals very good

Cons:

when we booked stwe strugglated we both had disabilitys but struggled in bathroom no grab rails anywhere

Lovely courtyard an rooms but feel staff training needed to work in that industry you need to care
Pros:

Man serving breakfast was very attentive

Cons:

Check in an out was very disappointing
Young guy who checked us in literally pointed to the direction when i asked where our room was
On check out i wasn’t asked how our stay was which having worked in hospitality myself is important

Excellent stay....despite the weather
Pros:

All staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfasts plentiful, and served quickly.Restaurant choide very good, and good value for money.Would certainly re-visit if nearby, and can recommend.

Great location, staff were lovely always happy to help, lovely food.. in all a great place would stay again.

Cons:

The room was worn needed updating, jobs needed doing light fixing , toilet roll holder needed fixing, room and shower very small, right near road and although had double glazing it was very noisy.. having said that lots of challets and rooms at back of hotel , so would stay in one of them next time ,

Make sure you're in the hotel rather than in the middle of some grass in a pod!!
