We had a wonderful stay, wholeheartedly recommend.
Pros:

We stayed in a luxury pod, absolutely beautiful. Exceptionally clean, with a welcome pack of drinks, biscuits and a fancy pot of cleaning products. Lovely and warm great shower. We also ate in the restaurant this was great too.

Cons:

Some little hooks for towels in the bathroom would be advantageous and extra lighting leading on the pathway leading to the pods.

Pros:

It's good to see a hotel can survive in these difficult times.
Pros:

Location away from town centre
Hotel has restaurant
Provides breakfast

Nice inner courtyard, pleasant for sitting

Cons:

Showing signs of age with decor and style
Paint and woodwork needs attention in the public corridors
Just needs brightening up with pleasant modern neutral colours..
Get rid of heavy browns

All rooms 1-7 (think) face the main road
Through the night no problem, but early and late evening very noticeable

Wonderfull a tad on the expensive side but worth it.
Pros:

Pros:

Pod was spacious, bed comfortable, shower great, easy parking, clean. Breakfast cooked to order and lovely. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Had dinner on one night and it was fine but expected more than the usual pub offerings.
Road noise and rain noise in the Pod on 1st night but better on 2nd night.

Pleasant stay but small room.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was fine. Good location for visiting Bridlington and the animal park.

Cons:

The room was smaller than I had thought it would be, especially given the price. I thought it was poor value for money to pay £100 in this location and only just have room to walk around the bed. The room was next to the stairs and we were disturbed by people walking up them and could hear people even after midnight. Walls very thin and could hear neighbour’s TVs and talking.

The dining area and chairs looked very comfortable

Cons:

On arrival the room allocated had a fusty smell. Opened windows and went to the bar for drinks.
Bar set up with these high chairs and high tables. We are over 70years and require a comfortable chair. Found a long bench seat with cushions next to obviously for a group meal but it was comfortable.
Most of clients were over fifty.
Think reassessment of seats in bar area is required.

A very pleasant overnight stay
Pros:

Service was impeccable - prompt (particularly at dinner when there were numerous diners) and attentive. Food was flavoursome. Excellent range of accommodation within the property. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Our bedroom (No. 3) was on the small side (No. 1 seemed much bigger) A reflection of pricing structure perhaps? Check in was affected at the available desk by busy staff who were trying to serve meals (the main check-in being closed)
