Cons:

床にポテトチップスらしき食べ屑が数か所落ちていた。しかも端っこではなく…。
掃除機当てていないと思います。
風呂場の浴槽（外側だけども）・シャワーネックホルダーにカビが見えました。目の悪いわたしでも目視可能な大きさ・濃さです。
湿気の多い時期に厳しいことと思いますが、カビは目に見えてしまうとその他の衛生面も心配になります。

羽田発の前泊としては大変便利。

Muito bom e nós amamos Kamata!

Escolhemos este hotel principalmente pela praticidade de acesso a partir do aeroporto. A ideia era passar os primeiros dias descansando, já que minha mãe e a amiga dela são mais velhas, e depois seguir para uma hospedagem mais central em Tóquio. Foi uma escolha perfeita.

O bairro nos surpreendeu positivamente. É muito agradável, com várias opções de comércio, restaurantes e tudo o que precisávamos por perto. O hotel também superou as expectativas: confortável, organizado e com um atendimento muito acolhedor.

Gostamos tanto da experiência que acabamos escolhendo a mesma rede para outras hospedagens durante a viagem. Um detalhe que pode parecer simples, mas fez diferença, foi a qualidade dos amenities, o shampoo era excelente! A equipe da recepção também foi muito simpática e prestativa, tornando nossa estadia ainda mais agradável.

Com certeza foi uma excelente escolha e voltaríamos a nos hospedar aqui.

Cons:

O único ponto que poderia ser melhor é que não foi possível dividir o pagamento entre as duas reservas. Não chegou a ser um problema, porque depois acertamos os valores entre nós, mas foi o único hotel da viagem em que essa opção não estava disponível. Todos os outros permitiram que cada pessoa pagasse sua parte separadamente.

客室でネット使う人はやめた方が良い
Pros:

駅チカ
低層階エレベーター前の部屋という希望通りにして貰えた。朝食会場と同じ階なので混雑状況確認して行き来出来て助かった。
エレベーター3台コインランドリー4台と連泊者に便利そう

Cons:

客室でネット繋がらない
どうしてもネット使わないといけない時は一階ロビーに行かなければならなかった。ネットを使わせず「館内映像見放題」に誘導しようとしてるのか？と疑念。仕事で来てる人には大迷惑。
