Satisfied as we expected!
Pros:

Very close to Keikyu train station and many restaurants! It's important to stay near station since I had to catch an early flight from Haneda Airport. It's about 20 minutes train ride from the airport. This is "APA hotel", the room was what I expected... small but very clean. I didn't try their breakfast, but there is an option to prepay breakfast or you can still pay at the place.

お部屋はコンパクトだけど清潔で、ベッドの寝心地も良かった。洗面の水の出し方だけが少し難しかった。立地は駅からとても近く、周辺には飲食街もあり便利な場所だった。周りにマンションや公園もあってそこまで治安の悪い感じもしなかった。

It is a decent clean hotel close to the Haneda airport. Good for one night but I wouldn't pay more than $40 pee night. Checkout is at 10am so get up early and run like hell 😄

入り口に、スペースがあり、コート掛けやスーツケースを開いて置ける台も用意してあったり、ペットボトルのお水のサービスもありがたかった。
お茶とコーヒーのインスタントが置いてあったのも嬉しかった。
また、機会があれば利用したいです

JR線、京急線、ともに徒歩圏内であり、ビジネスで東京に行った身としては非常によかった。また利用したい。
1点問題があるとすれば、私が宿泊した部屋ではスマホの電波(ソフトバンク)が弱く、自分のスマホでは動画はもちろんであるが、ニュースを見ることも困難であった。次回利用する際には、違う部屋に宿泊できるたらいいなと思う。
