The location and the view was the best part of our stay!

Pool was closed .. looked like they did not maintain it properly.. the bed was not comfortable at all!

Lovely hotel by the Marina with sunset views from the rooftop bar or balcony !

Lovely balcony view and very nice amenities by the Marina

Cons:

Very minor inconvenience as some elevators were not functioning - only meant walking across the lower level to another set of elevators to get to the roof bar - great views of the sunset from the roof bar though !

Military Not Welcome
Pros:

If your military under 21 they will not let you have a room.! Across the walkway in Marriott way better and very military friendly! All personal avoid at all cost .

Excellent customer Service
Pros:

This hotel is perfectly located close to MUSC hospital. The staff is so amazing. Patrick, Elizabeth, Timisha, Lorenzo, everyone provided the best service. I was treated very well by everyone. I forgot the waitress name in the restaurant but she remembered me from the weekend before. This is the only place I will stay when I am in Charleston.

It was a very nice stay!
Pros:

Beautiful and comfortable. I had a waterfront room with a great view.

Cons:

I had a roach encounter but informed staff at checkout and they were most apologetic. The room was very clean so I’m sure it was a fluke. The parking fee was a bit of a surprise as I made the reservation while driving and did not fully read the details. I prefer to stay where parking is included.

Staff, rooms, scenery and experience were all absolutely wonderful!
Pros:

Easy to get to key areas in Charleston, but you aren’t directly downtown. Beautiful spot on the water!

Great hotel for your trip!
Pros:

It's a great hotel. Easy & free parking, we left our car there and took Uber to the downtown instead, as someone in these reviews previously suggested. It worked well!
The hotel appears new, very clean, rooms large. Staff is amazing, breakfast tasty but you have to pay. Food at the restaurant tasty and healthy too.
We had balcony with view of the river and sunset, was magical.
Outdoor pool is very nice!

Pros:

Comfortable room with a beautiful view over the harbour/water. Extremely friendly staff during breakfast.

Cons:

The rooftop bar is really boring, so much more you can do with that place. Really have to take the car (or Uber) to visit Charleston Downtown.

Hotel was ok, the restaurant was excellent, Kim our server was great! Mechanical window blinds never worked for 3 days, after constant attempts, maintenance and management need improvement
