When booking with Booking.com the hotels always give me the shittiest room available and it does not count toward my rewards with that hotel chain.

The location is convenient. The room was clean.

Cons:

Booked the room with breakfast. The staff didn't believe me. Had to pay for my breakfast again. Miserable situation when you have to complain about $20, and the staff is not supportive. Sent a message in booking and never got a response. Don't book through booking, use the Hilton website.

The property is nice and room was clean. The lobby and bar area are very nice.

Cons:

The location was a short car ride away. It is not walking distance to the restaurants and shopping.

Nice but could be improved
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean, however we did find a few ants crawling around. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was a bit expensive, $15.

I like the girl serving me breakfast, she is really nice and considerate.

Cons:

When I checked out, the male African American receptionist is really rude. When I didn’t hear clear what he was saying, I said” I beg your pardon”, and he just waved his hand saying “ you just go” like waving a dog, it is so humiliating.
