Check in staff messed up my reservation with other group since last name was same and she even double charged my credit card without explanation. When i kept asking her about its charges, she says will talk to manager due to her mistakes of checking in and she never contacted after that day. On check out day, i finally resolved problem with another staff who is a manager’s daughter. Lack of professional manner of staff needs to be addressed.

Our stay was a great experience. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Especially the front desk receptionist name

The property was very well maintained. The hotel was super clean. The breakfast area was kept very clean and organized. Our room was a brand new renovation.

This property is beautifully maintained. The breakfast area is very nice. Our room was recently renovated and was very nice and spacious. My daughter enjoyed the pool area.

Best Hotel Accommodations
Pros:

We had a great weekend stay with our hockey team at Hampton Inn & Suites! The staff truly went above and beyond—especially Tiffany, Carl, Michelle, and Steve. They were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time.

Everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful, which made traveling with a big group so much easier. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was great—perfect for busy tournament mornings!

Highly recommend staying here. Thank you for making our trip such a positive experience!

Great for business stay or an overnight while traveling out of Buffalo Airport
Pros:

I needed to stay here for a fast overnight stay for a business trip. It was a wonderful stay! They are going thru a renovation, and my room was brand new. Clean, large and well done. They offer free breakfast in the am, which is the same at all the Hampton Inns. The property is well maintained, and the staff was helpful and kind. If you need a fast overnight near the airport, this is your spot. Shutout to Michelle the general manager who was running around making sure her hotel was looking great! You can tell she puts some TLC into this place. She even was kind enough to print something for me last minute which out hesitation.
