Please note that the house has no elevator. If you wish to stay on a lower floor please contact the hotel in advance.

Guests arriving outside the official check-in time are kindly asked to contact the property in advance in order to arrange the check-in. Please note that the reception is open from 14:00 - 20:00 from Monday to Friday and from 12:00 - 19:00 on Saturday and from 18:00 - 20:00 on Sunday. If you arrive outside these hours, you can find your keys in the key box at the reception. The property will send you further instructions and the code for the key box after booking.

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich . Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war tiptop, das Frühstück sehr gut mit regionalen Lebensmitteln. Die Lage des Hotels optimal für die Besichtigung der Stadt und gut erreichbar mit dem ÖV.

Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten, Zimmer in Nebenhaus schön, sauber und ruhig bei geschlossenen Fenster. Lage nahe Aare und Altstadt. Zugang zu Getränken und freiem Kaffee auch ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption.

Kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und werde bestimmt wieder mal dort verweilen.
Pros:

Tolle Auswahl an hochstehenden Bioprodukten zum Frühstück. Gratiskaffee/Tee auch während dem Tag. Die Zimmer sind gross, sauber, hell und während der Nacht sehr ruhig. Das Hotel ist optimal gelegen.

Perfekte Lage, auch wer mit Fahrrad kommt und das Frühstück ist super

Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist schnell zu Fuss überall . Wir waren mit dem Velo da, konnten es sehr gut abstellen und laden. Das Frühstück ist sehr gross und mega lecker. Das Personal ist sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war eine wahre Freude im "Roten Ochsen" zu ¨übernachten
