Aspectos mejorables
Pros:

Me gustó la decoración del hotel, el personal amable.

Cons:

No me gustó que entre la cama de los niños y la pared había bastante hueco y en el otro lado no había barreras de seguridad.
La habitación la esperaba más grande.
Cuando entramos a la habitación, había cosas de Playmobil pero no estaban los muñequitos, tuve que bajar a recepción a preguntar y entonces me dieron la caja. Lo lógico es que la hubieran dado en el check in.

El restaurante ofrecía varias cosas en carta que no tenían.
Tampoco me gusta que haya que dejar la habitación a las 11:30, ya que no puedes entrar hasta las 4 de la tarde...

Pros:

A mis niños le gustaron mucho la habitacion y la tematica,que tenian muchas juguetes para jugar.

Cons:

La habitacion estaba un poco sucia ,habia mucho pelo en el suelo el aseo estaba sucio y el frigorifico estaba sucio,
El desayuno muy pobre,podria mejorar por el precio que piden por una noche ahi. Por todo lo demas bien.

Una experiencia súper chula para ir con peques! Muy recomendable!

Cuando llegas te sientes un poco como en Disney, al ir con una nena pequeña, conforme entras ya estás participando de una experiencia pensada por y para los peques. Era la primera vez que íbamos y sin duda intentaremos repetir. Destacar que la cama era comodísima y como no podía ser de otra forma, el personal súper amable! Un 10 para ellos!

Cons:

Había detalles que no sé si eran debidos a que a lo mejor no están en temporada alta o simplemente despistes. En el baño había una parte del techo al descubierto porque le faltaba la escayola justo encima de la ducha, y en la cortinilla de seguridad de las escaleras había una camiseta (imagino que de los anteriores ocupantes de la habitación). Nada que nos afectara a la estancia. Quizá faltaría un poco más de variedad en el desayuno.
