Perfect luxurious accommodation for very good price in the centre of the town
Pros:

One would not expect such high standard hotel for the price which was not high at all. Personel was very nice and helpful, good restaurant(s), everything clean and comfortable. The transfer we needed was reserved without problem. The meals in the restaurant were very very good !

Cons:

Maybe the servis in the restaurant could be a little bit faster.

It really suck we have to wait to 15:00 to Chek in the room i got havd no view out the window just stairs 🤣 i had to wait for 10 minuts to get a glass of juice how long can it take to fill a class of juice 🤣 come on

Middle of the road hotel.
Pros:

Room was clean, staff was very friendly and professional.

Cons:

Walls are thin. We were woken up at 5:00 am by loud people in the hall talking. After than more loud talking by other guests. I don’t know if it was coming from the hall or outside. The WiFi was terrible. That might have been the location of our room, not sure, but it barely worked.

Pros:

Really nice place, room was really comfortable and clean, has a few different restaurants and cafes on site which is reallyy handy. I think the highlight is definately the staff, some of the best I've experienced in Philippines.

Cons:

Only thing is a saw a massive rat in the corridor, the stairwell door to outside was left open lol.

I have an excellent stay at Hotel XYZ and all the staff are very accommodating and helpful with me.

They gave us a smelly room. The room is clean though however the toilet is very stink. U can smell the sewage coming out from the drainage.

I think after the years now I been staying there, the place good do with a refurbishment, carpets in hallways looking old and tired, towels bit old, bed sheets had makeup stains.

das miese service an der rezeption, die lange wartezeit auf das frühstück (die zubereitung dauerte bis zu 40 minuten) kein SPA service, trotz bestellung und zusage, wurde der termin nicht gehalten, sehr schlechtes WIFI, das angebotene schwimmingpool ist kleiner als meine badewanne!! sehr überteuerter flughafen transfer, also NIE WIEDER
