Location needed, but priced too high for quality. Little local competition.
Cons:

TV channels; empty shower soap; wall mount no hair dryer. Continental breakfast average, most other motels beat the quality.

We were there for a wedding, so we didn’t spend a lot of time there. Everything was great though!
