Wow, this place is immaculate. Absolutely loved every aspect of our stay, the staff, rooms, facilities, dining, lounges, bar, location and more. Our stay of 2 nights was too short! From welcome to fairwell this is a true gem of a place for a getaway. Nice and quiet, a short stroll into the village and a short drive from nearby towns and scenic drives. We booked this from overseas so were delighted, it was way beyond what we expected.

Breakfast was very good, the restaurant was very capable of an evening and delivers an Interesting menu for one nighters but fortunately they often have one or two specials and those are very accomplished, Devine Stuffed pork chop for instance.
Small room, no view other than that of other rooms / internal view. No tea / coffee making in the room and the coffee station in the lounge/tavern is withdrawn around 4:30pm, so tea after dinner needs to be requested.
The Spa was closed, only opens on advance request, heads up on this would have been useful and we would have booked elsewhere.

Le petit-déjeuner est qualitatif.
Pour un hôtel dont le nom indique "SPA", cette partie est très décevante : pas de piscine, hammam ou jacuzzi. Un simple sauna qui ferme tôt.
En outre, le petit-déjeuner - même s'il est bon - est assez réduit : vous pouvez choisir un seul plat et une seule boisson sur une carte (exemple : des pancakes).

Just an amazing hotel
This may have been the nicest place I have ever stayed in the United States. It was extremely well appointed, everyone was extremely friendly, the attached restaurant was Michelen rated and the dinner, salmon topped with crab cakes, was to die for. The breakfast the next morning was the best breakfast I have ever had at a motel/hotel. Everything was cooked perfectly. The room was spacious, the bath facilites were spotless, the bed was one of the more comfortable I have ever experienced. The price through Booking.com was very reasonable for its proximity to Mt. Washington. Cannot say enough good things bout the Inn at Thorn Hill...a must stay place if visiting the area!
The window A/C unit was apparently recently added and you could not completly colese the drapes with the A/C on.
Senza dubbio la struttura migliore del nostro viaggio negli USA. La posizione è semplicemente scenografica, nel cuore delle White Mountains, a Jackson. Un hotel in perfetto stile old American, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio e con un’atmosfera che sembra uscita direttamente da una rivista di Martha Stewart. L’accoglienza è stata eccellente, con un piacevole benvenuto a base di prosecco. Le camere sono arredate con grande gusto e alcune dispongono anche di una piccola spa in bagno, davvero un plus molto apprezzato. Ottima anche la colazione. Consigliamo assolutamente di provare il ristorante la sera: cucina davvero eccellente e perfetta per completare l’esperienza.

החוויה הייתה יוצאת מן הכלל, עם תחושה אמיתית וחמימה של בית. מקרה אחד ממחיש את רמת השירות המדהימה: כשביקשתי להחליף מזרן שהיה מעט קשה מדי עבורי, תוך פחות משעה המזרן כבר הוחלף במזרן נוח לשביעות רצוני המלאה. שירות למופת, מהיר וקשוב ברמה הגבוהה ביותר.

The shower in the very spacious bathroom was so small it almost made it dysfunctional. Unfortunate use of space.
