Pros:

The room was clean

Cons:

lack of amenities. Breakfast was sub-standard. no vegetarian options. no halal options. no gluten free options. no coffee/tea provided in the room. no table to sit at in my standard room.
Staff had difficulty understanding English. communication was a challenge.

Pros:

Nice residence building, VERY clean, nice small airconditioned gym and outdoor pool in the adjecent building. Good wifi and even netflix.
There is even a shuttle to the near BTS station every 30 min.
The security staff is very curtious, help you cross the little road when needed.

Cons:

Its a little off the beaten track and far from public transport and good restaurants, but the facilities themselves are very good.

Coveniently located for conference at BITEC but very isolated for after conference activities like meals or site seeing
Pros:

It was conveniently located ito the convention centre but was quite isolated after hours

Cons:

There was no buffet breakfast and the did not cater for halaal. There was no stove in the suite so we couldn’t really make our own breakfasts. There was also limited information on what to do or where to to go for tours or eating out places and the staff struggled with English. They advertise a shuttle to the conference venue but it was rarely available.
