Pros:

I stayed here for four nights while attending an exhibition in Bangkok. I accidentally picked up the wrong bag at the airport, but the front desk staff were extremely kind and helped me communicate with the airport. Thanks to their careful support, my bag was found safely. I am very grateful for their thoughtful and professional service.

Cons:

The only issue was that the dryer function of the washing machine was not available during my stay.

BITEC までシャトルバスがあり、展示会に行くのに大変便利でした。しかも清潔です。部屋の広さも、掃除も完璧でした。

シャトルバスか18:30まであれば、有料でも良いので助かります。

Location, cleanliness and staff. If you are attending any exhibition at BITEC, this can be an option if you are ok to eat what is available around.

Cons:

Food was not at all available, vegetarian option was NIL. They drop you to BITEC, but no pickup. For a short distance you don't get much taxi or others, for walking it's not easy considering there is no foot path in the access road from.main road.

อาจจะไกลสถานีรถไฟฟ้าไปนิด ขาไปมีรถรับส่ง แต่ขากลับอาจจะลำบากต้องเดินนิดนึง แต่ภาพรวมก็โอเค รถรับส่งตรงเวลา พนักงานขับรถบริการดี แม้มีผู้โดยสารคนเดียว แต่ก็ไปส่ง ไม่รอนาน ตรงเวลา ขับรถสุภาพ ปลอดภัย ชื่นชมค่ะ ส่วนพนักงาน reservation บริการดีจริง อันนี้ขอชื่นชมมากๆ หาของไม่เจอ เค้าก็มาช่วยหา ด้วยความใจเย็นกับแขก ไม่แสดงสีหน้ารำคาญใดๆ คือประทับใจมากๆ ค่ะ
