コンセントの位置やコンセントが有っても使えなくて古いタイプのコンセントだったのが残念

Pros:

離BITEC很近看演唱會很方便 每半小時還有往BITEC和BTS站的接駁車
工作的態度友善 房間乾淨

Cons:

水壓很小 且水不是冷的就是燙的 只能硬用冷水洗澡 水小到必須沖很久很久….
洗臉槽堵塞 每次用都積水很噁心
第三天整理房間時沒有給新的水

Pros:

I stayed here for four nights while attending an exhibition in Bangkok. I accidentally picked up the wrong bag at the airport, but the front desk staff were extremely kind and helped me communicate with the airport. Thanks to their careful support, my bag was found safely. I am very grateful for their thoughtful and professional service.

Cons:

The only issue was that the dryer function of the washing machine was not available during my stay.

また泊まりたいホテル
Pros:

BITEC までシャトルバスがあり、展示会に行くのに大変便利でした。しかも清潔です。部屋の広さも、掃除も完璧でした。

Cons:

シャトルバスか18:30まであれば、有料でも良いので助かります。

Location, cleanliness and staff. If you are attending any exhibition at BITEC, this can be an option if you are ok to eat what is available around.

Cons:

Food was not at all available, vegetarian option was NIL. They drop you to BITEC, but no pickup. For a short distance you don't get much taxi or others, for walking it's not easy considering there is no foot path in the access road from.main road.

I told the reception that my washer / dryer is not functioning. In less than an hour, they came with a new machine to replace the old one.
